BIT JAIPUR has a lot to offer the students.

Placements: Placements were great in the last year. Very respectable companies hired many seniors. The highest salary package offered was 50 LPA. Most of our seniors started their firms and startups. There was no placement cell. Students have to search for internships on their own. Stipends offers varied from Rs.1,000 per month to 10,000 per month, depending on the qualification of the students.

It is a perfect college to build your future.

Placements: Placements in our college were very good. The highest salary package offered was 23 LPA, and Microsoft offered it. The average salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. Many companies visit our campus both for jobs and internships. Companies like Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Microsoft, Amdocs, Infineon, IFB, Intel, Goldman Sachs, Verizon, etc., visited our campus for placements.

A review of Birla Institute of Technology - Jaipur Extension Center.

Placements: The college provides good placement opportunities under the brand name of BIT, Mesra. Most of the students get placed with an average salary package of 6 LPA to 7 LPA. Many students opt for higher studies in core branches like ECE and EEE. So, the brand name of BIT, Mesra helps students in on-campus and off-campus placements.

The placements of the college are good, but our college lacks in infrastructure.

Placements: If one pursues their undergraduate degree in engineering at any of the extension centres of BIT, Mesra, they would be entitled to get a degree under the name of the main campus only. Since BIT Mesra is a renowned brand name and as it was well known among recruiters, it holds great value and would add up a fortune to your resume. The placements from extension centres depend upon individuals' will. Here at Jaipur campus, we have packages ranging high up to 22 LPA. However, there are no placements ...

I'm fully satisfied with all the aspects of college.

Placements: Around 18 out of 35 students were placed from the ECE department. In the CSE department, almost 48 out of 55 students were placed. However, only 4 out of 50 students were placed from the EEE department. Placements depend on the self-presentation and skills that the candidate possesses at the time of campus interviews. Our TNP cell is really very good, and it helps in getting every problem rectified pertaining to any student. Placements depend on the calibre of the students rather than their bran...

I had a good experience in terms of academics and placements.

Placements: Placements for the 2019 batch have started. Microsoft visited our college and offered a package of 39 LPA. The highest package offered for the 2018 batch was 22 LPA by Microsoft. The average package offered was 7.4 LPA for CSE students. The placement cell is good and invites various companies.

It is a good option in Jaipur.

Placements: The placement cell of college is really helpful and guides students in placements. The college doesn't invite many companies to offer placements. Companies visit only for B.Tech students. Off-campus placement drives are also conducted.

Faculty are good, and they could be better.

Placements: Apart from off-campus placements, there were no other placement opportunities for both our batch and senior batch. Packages offered in the off-campus placements were around 2-4 LPA. Internships were not provided by the college. Roles offered in placements were mostly non-developer. The college has a placement cell to assist students.

Satisfied with the college, and the faculty are good.

Placements: Placements were provided for our batch. Companies like SAP visited the college for BCA and students did get selected in it. The placement cell is useful, and the TPO is working very hard to bring good companies to the college and provide the best placements to the students.

The college is not much good for post graduation courses like MCA.

Placements: Placements are provided in our college. PG students have to sit with B.Tech students to appear for placements, and so the competition is high. Some of us are sent to the main campus, Mesra, where some good companies like Amazon came for placements. The placement centre is supportive, and it helps the students in getting internships.

The faculty are good and are the best in Jaipur.

Placements: Internships were not provided for BCA students, but if the students want to go for an internship, they can find it on their own under the guidance of the placement office. Neither our seniors got any placements from the college nor our batch. Students can have a chance of getting placed only through the off-campus drives.

Not good but can be considered.

Placements: Internships were not provided by the placement office, neither any companies came for our batch. Some of the colleges allowed us to sit in their campus placements, they were providing it for testing in general, internships were to be find by student itself.

This is a good college but not for the students of BCA.

Placements: Placements are not up to the mark. Internships were not provided. There is a training and placement cell which has invited companies to hire the students of other courses but not for BCA. There are off-campus placement drives, but they are not that great. The placement officer is helpful.

Not good but can be considered.

Placements: For our batch, there were no such placement, internships were also not provided to us, some students got off campus placements in different colleges with an average of 2.5-3 Lacs maximum in few IT companies. Posts offered were mostly in testing and design.

Good college if looking for BCA.

Placements: We were only given information about off campus placements, because T&P didn't provided placements in our college. Also no internships were provided. The off campus placements offered 2-5 Lacs package, and included companies like L&T, Accenture etc.

A self-driven journey assisted by professors.

Placements: We don't have placements in particular in the college. The training and placement cell would assist the students if we had any problems related to our internships (self-approached). You can't expect much from this course unless you are self-driven. Internships were not provided to us.

An average college with good mathematics faculty.

Placements: Placement cell did not bring any companies in college for our course, we were only given a chance to perform in off campus drives, around 2-3 Lacs were the package, only 2 of our batch were placed in off campus, there were no offer for internships for BCA.

This college can be considered a good option as it is located in Jaipur.

Placements: There was a placement cell. Placements scenario was the same for our batch and senior's batch. For our course, no companies visited the campus. However, there were a few off-campus placements. Roles offered to us were testing and coding. The salary package offered was approximately 2.5 LPA.

Not a good course if you're looking for placements and like to involve in extracurriculars.

Placements: In our course for BCA we did not have any placements provided to us by the college. There were some pool campus drives which we participated in but for our batch particularly the placement cell was not efficient. Even the internships we had to get those on our own. They college did not help us with internships and everybody managed on their own.

Satisfied with the academic aspect, but the college lags a bit in extracurricular activities.

Placements: The institution holds a strong command over placements. The average package is 7-8 LPA and the maximum being 22 LPA for the year 2017-18, offered by Microsoft. It was open for every department. Various MNCs visit the campus like Microsoft, Amazon, Jio, Infosys, SAP Labs, TCS and many more. The institution prepares students for placements from the 3rd year onwards by conducting mock sessions. Various coding sessions are being conducted so that the students do not face any difficulties in technica...
