Brainware University is the best private university in West Bengal.

Placements: 98% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course is 36 LPA, and the average package is 3.5 LPA. In 2024, there were 750+ placed students, and 145+ companies visited. Brainware University is best for BCA. This university is famous for teaching quality and 98% placement.

Infrastructure: In this university, the Wi-Fi connection is not so good, but there are many labs, classrooms for students, and available books in the library. Hostel facilities are also great. Female students' security is the main and first priority in the hostel. The quality of food is average in the canteen and food court. Medical facilities are also good.

Faculty: Our faculty was so nice to us. Their behavior is so good and friendly to us, and because of this, we are so comfortable with them. The teachers' quality is, no doubt, very good. It makes the students industry-ready so easily. Semester exams in this college are not so difficult. The pass percentage is a maximum of 97%.

Other: I chose this course because I’m interested in this field. The best thing about this course is I can work in many industries like software development, data analysis, and IT management. Events and fests in this university are so enjoyable, also including extracurricular activities like creating brainmagzines and quiz competitions.

Placements: Most students who are willing to pursue a job than higher studies get placed. The university provides extensive support and dedicated classes for preparing students. The average package for a B.A. English is 1.5Lk per annum with companies such as Infollion, TCS, Amazon, Infosys. Top roles offered in the course includes Content Writing.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are well-equipped with digital supports such as LAN connection, projectors, and sound systems. As someone who doesn't stay in the hostel, I've no idea about their lifestyle, but from the interior, they are quite clean and tidy, maintaining strict discipline.

Faculty: The teachers of English and Literary Studies are well-qualified and very knowledgeable. Everyone has their own unique way of teaching, and they provide ample information and opportunities to students to make themselves well-equipped for industry, as well as in the academics. The semester exams are not difficult, but it depends entirely upon the student's motivation and discipline to do well.

Other: Engagement in social activities depends entirely upon the students' will because the faculty members always motivate us to take part in the activities and join cultural events and clubs in the University.

Placements: This year, not many students are placed because the college wasn't able to take much company, and they are unable to give many jobs or do many placements this year. This college takes more money as compared to the other colleges, and there is no good recruiter at all.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and the facilities are not top-notch; they have many flaws. In the building that we have, there is no network connection or Wi-Fi connection at all. The canteen is not good at all. This is the worst college that I have ever seen in my life.

Faculty: There are no facilities or any other help available to us at this college. The faculty members are not good at all; they are not cooperative with the students at all. Teachers are not all helping students in their studies. Many teachers don't know about their subjects; they only come and teach us from online sources.

Placements: In our course, we have at least ten sections, and each has almost 60 students. I just got admission so don't have idea about placements and packages. But what I know is that the highest salary package offered ranges between 30 LPA to 40 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Many courses are there from entertainment to engineering to law.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. Campus is good and clean. Overall campus is filled with greenery and emotional attachments. Hostel is good. We have a canteen which provides balanced diet each day be it day or night.

Faculty: Exams are held like class test 1 then we have assignment 1 before class test 1 and then assignment 2 then presentations for each subject. Then we have class test 2 followed by the end exam or the finals of the semester. We have practical exams after theory.

The college is good for other courses like BBA, multimedia, or nursing but not good for B.Tech.

Placements: Almost 80% of students get placed but the CTC is not so high. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA. I would not say the academic structure is very good, it is average. Corlynax, Codeclouds, and Junnomoneta are currently recruiting. Besides Justdial once came in our placement drive. Delta also visited.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available from Wi-Fi to sports games and the library. Everything is easily accessible. Canteen or food court food is always available. We have a variety and high-quality meals. Classrooms are clean and some of them are air-conditioned. Overall, I give a 8/10 rating. The infrastructure is good.

Faculty: Faculty members are not always properly trained. Some of the teachers are good and know the technique of teaching, but some of them are just bogus. They don't know anything. Semester exams are not difficult. You will get each subject suggestion before exams. You will pass it.

Other: I want to be in corporate, but now, I am not interested in it anymore.

The placements were good till 2022.

Placements: Not everyone got placements at Brainware University. Even among those who did, not everyone got good internships. The pre-placement training was not so good that every student could achieve it easily. And those who got selected did not have big numbers in their packages. After 1 year or 6 months, the job companion will terminate you.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is quite good. The classrooms have projectors, which are beneficial for practical classes. The toilets are clean, and there are separate facilities for both genders. The corridors are clean, and the chairs and tables are sturdy. The classrooms have air conditioning for the summer, and there are elevators in every building.

Faculty: There are two class tests and one semester exam every six months. You get one day to take each exam, whether it's a class test or a final semester exam. If you study hard, understand the topics, and write your answers well, you'll get good marks.

Other: Stop for looking and enjoy everything.
