Burdwan University or Bardhman University admissions 2025 is both merit-based and entrance-based. The university offers more than 32 courses at UG, PG, diploma and doctoral levels in several specialisations. Burdwan University Seats 2025

The number of seats varies from programme to programme and is updated before the admission each year. Reservation for SC/ ST and DA candidates will be as per the rules. Burdwan University Seat Reservation 2025

AT Burdwan, few seats are reserved for Burdwan University (Home University quota) passed-out students. the reservation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ DA will be applicable as per the rule of Government. Bardhaman University or Burdwan University admission process is common for most of the undergraduate & postgraduate courses. Step 1: Burdwan University Application

The Bardhman University admission process starts with filling out the application process in online mode for the respective courses. Good university and knowledgeable.

Placements: In my class of 3rd semester, there are 26 students. Course fee is similar to every caste category not different for anyone. Some companies come but less placements. Around 20% of students got internships from our department for an internship program. Biotechnology is the main subject.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are available. There are many seminar halls and smart classes in the department. There are 5 hostels for boys, 5 hostels for girls, and 1 scholar hostel available near university campus. One central canteen is available on campus.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is approximately good but also needs inclusion of more futuristic topics for knowledge purposes. Semester examinations are not so tough. Pass percentage is approximately 50%, otherwise Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is approximately good but also needs inclusion of more futuristic topics for knowledge purposes. Semester examinations are not so tough. It's a very good college under Burdwan University.

Placements: You can join TCS and other very big companies after completing your courses. You can be in mathematical analytics and other government jobs. 75% of students got internships from courses in the company, like TCS, etc. Packages offered are 6 lacs to 12 lacs per year. It's a very great place to prepare yourself for future.

Infrastructure: Hostels are provided with minimum cost. There are three hostels on the college campus: Rokeya hostel, Saraladevi Hostel and Sarnakumari hostel. Hostels are too good and quality food is also good. Lab, Wi-Fi, libraries, etc., are top-notch. Classrooms are also good.

Faculty: Teachers are very friendly. They are highly qualified. Their teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are quite hard but if you ready yourself properly, it's easy. Pass percentage is 40%.

My experience as a student in hmc.

Placements: As per my knowledge The college doesn't offer any placement as they provide normal B.Sc. B.Com B.A. degrees and there aren't many students per class in my class there are probably 20-25 students but there are some courses in which there are many students .

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good there are many different kinds of departments like physiology Chemistry botany Zoology urdu English and many more and there is also a library as for the hostels I don't know much about it but I have seen hostel building there but I don't know about It.

Faculty: The faculty members of my department are very strict and easily angered but they are also very knowledgeable and in the exams you don't face many difficulties if you have attended some of the classes atleast but if you don't attend classes and direct go on exam day teachers will be very angry and might not allow you to take exam.

Other: Well I didn't think much about the course since my tuition teacher said it would be better for so I chose it but if I were to give advice someone I won't recommend this please chose your course wisely and don't just blindly follow anyone .

Very good college for nursing.

Placements: Around 95% of students got placed in various hospitals in our course. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting hospitals are Appolo, PG, and many more. Top roles offered in our course are nurse, receptionist, assistant doctor, lab assistant, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college facilities are very good. Classrooms are big, clean, and well-maintained. Labs are perfect for practice. Many books are available in library. Hostel facilities are also very good. All are under CCTV surveillance. The foods of the hostel and canteen are also tasty and healthy.

Faculty: Teachers are well-trained from various hospitals or medical colleges. They teach students very well. Their teaching skills are perfect. Our course curriculum is good for the students to make them industry-ready. Our exams are a little bit tough. But 60% marks are enough to be promoted to next semester.

Other: I chose this course to become a nurse. Campus is always full of crowd. Many scholarships are available like SVMCM, Oasis, etc.

College is so good, and the teachers are so good.

Placements: I enjoyed a lot, and my college friends are so good, as well as the teachers. I had fun with friends in the college ground. All staff and teachers are great. The percentage of students placed in my course is 60%. Top recruitment companies are from the banking and industrial sectors. The percentage of students who got internships from my course is 50%.

Infrastructure: The college hostel is good and is situated near the college ground. Wi-Fi is available, and the lab is good. Classrooms are not bad. The library has a lot of books. The quality of the facilities in my hostel is not bad. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are good, and there are sports and games available.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and have qualifications and knowledge. The teaching quality is good. The semester exams are not tough in this college. The pass percentage is 30%. The students are made industry-ready. The teaching staff includes some with master's degrees and some with doctorates.

Other: Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya College is known for Chemistry. I think the Physics Department could be improved. The events and Wi-Fi connectivity are good. The campus surroundings are good, and extracurricular activities include races, gym, etc.

An average government college.

Placements: Since it is a Government College, there are no placements provided. But hard work always pays off and every degree has some value. On a positive note, there are several courses provided throughout the three/four years for the students to develop various skills.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average I'd definitely agree. The classes are not always cleaned. The computer lab has one computer which always seems haunted and the environment is capable of making you sick. There is no Wi-Fi in the college. There is also a library in the college which is actually very good. It is well stocked with recent magazines and books.

Faculty: The faculty in this college is very qualified. In every department, the teachers are very kind, helpful and actually teach well. They seem like they belong to a better place. The classes are not very regular but whenever I sat in the classes, it was a good experience.

Other: The best thing about the college is definitely its faculty, the infrastructure is average. The fests conducted are also average. I wish they would focus more on making the classrooms clean and breathable. I wish they would conduct regular classes for the students.
