    Q:   What is the last date to apply for CDLU BSc admission?

    A: 

    The last date to apply for BSc admission at CDLU varies from year to year. This is because the admissions are based on the CUET UG result. CUET UG result 2024 has not been released yet but is expected to be released soon. Hence, interested candidates must timely submit their applications on the official website of CDLU. The last date to apply for BSc admission at the university has not been specified yet. However, as per the academic calander available on the university's official website, the admission cycle for 2024-25 will close on July 20, 2024. It must be noted that this date is subject to change and hence, is indicative.

    Q:   What is the last date for filling CUET application form?

    A: 

    National Testing Agency will commence the CUET 2025 registration in first week of February 2025. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2025. The last date for CUET 2025 registration is expected to be in first week of April 2025. 

    Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2025 application process will be in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

    Q:   Is there any seat reservation policy followed at CDLU?

    A: 

    CDLU follows a seat reservation policy as per the guidelines of Haryana government. The reservation policy is as follows:

    • 15% of the seats shall be open/unreserved and will be filled through All India Quota (AIQ) (including Haryana). Out of the 15%  AIQ seats, 10% will be reserved for Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
    • Remaining 85% seats are reserved for bona fide residents of Haryana (State Quota) and will be filled up as
      detailed below:
      i) Haryana Open General Open Category (HOGC) - 40% of the State Quota
      ii) Reserved category of Haryana - 60% of the State Quota
      iii) Scheduled Caste (SC) - 20% of State quota
      iv) Backward Classes of Haryana (A) (BCA) - 16% of State quota
      v) Backward Classes of Haryana (B) (BCB) - 11% of State quota
      vi) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) - 10% of State quota

    Q:   How are the placements for B.Sc course at CDLU?

    A: 

    The lastest CDLU placement report not available yet. Based on the NIRF Report 2022, the average package offered during UG (3-year) placements of the university was INR 1.2 LPA.  As per the student reviews on CDLU available on Shiksha.com, the top recruiting companies for BSc placements at CDLU are Tata, Reliance, Jio, and Jindal. The overall rating given to CDLU placements is 2.8/5. For most BSc specialisations, the placement opportunities were very limited and students had to search for the jobs on their own.

    Placements: Students who score 60% of marks are eligible for placements. The highest salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered varies between 2 LPA - 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 1 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tata, Reliance, Jio, and Jindal. Almost 85% of students got internships in this course.
    Infrastructure: Facilities are excellent in this college. Wi-Fi is enabled. Laboratory is better. There is a decent library. Hostel facilities are not good. The food served in the canteen is better. Sports and games are better. This college is famous for its medical facilities.
    Faculty: Teachers are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is better as compared to others. Semester exams are not difficult. If we attend classes then we can score 60-70%. The pass percentage is 40%.

    Placements: In 12th grade, I received 76.5%. Some students scored under 70%, but almost 68% is required by the college. The highest salary package offered is 3.4 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2.3 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tata, Reliance, etc., visit our campus.
    Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Our classrooms and labs are clean and tidy. It has helpers in the physics and computer labs. The quality of the hostel is average. The food quality is not very good. The quality of sports and games is excellent. It offers all sports equipment. There is a large playground with a variety of sports.
    Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and qualified. The teaching quality in our college is better than in other colleges. Semester exams are not very difficult. If students attend every lecture, they will do very well.

    Good infrastructure, hostel, and faculty, but not too many restrictions or pressure to study.
    Placements: In Chaudhary Devi University, the placement percentage is very low. Only a few of us get placements. The highest and lowest packages were 4.5 lakh and 2.5 lakh, respectively. The average placement is around 3 lakh per annum. The recruiting companies were regional and owned by the Chautla Groups.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel facilities were quite good. They provide well-organized chemistry and physics labs. The library was quite satisfying. The hostel also offers good facilities, and the food was good. There was also a medical store and grounds for football, cricket, basketball, etc.
    Faculty: The teachers were good, well-qualified, and had a very good nature. The teaching quality was good, and there were many curricular activities on almost every occasion. The semester exams were not too difficult; around 85 percent of students can pass them easily.

    My college is best part of my life.
    Placements: The highest package of it is 7 to 8 Lacs, medium is 3to4lakh and the lowest is 1lakh. There are many companies who take employees from cdluuniversity. Such as jindals, reliance and TAta and etc.
    Infrastructure: There are hundreds of facilities provides by college such as Wi-Fi in library. Neat and clean labs and dust free classroom. But, on the other hand the mess quality of hotels is much well but the medical and sports facilities are outstanding I prefer those faclitiy in my college.
    Faculty: The teaching quality of college is awesome. The teachers are very helpful. They all are very kind. The exams in colleges are not much difficult as campare to schools exam. If student take classes he take good marks in exams. After 6months half semester exam will taken.
    Other: My batch was very helpful to me. They always influence me for my things. I choose this course, As this course is interesting. The best thing is placement after this. It provide better knowledge and jobs in future. University should improve the checking system of exams in university. The campus of university is amazing it is favourite thing of mine.

    One can have the best campus life at JCDV College.
    Placements: Placements are below average for B.Sc. non-medical students in 2013-2016 batch, but the placements for engineering and dental department are good. All the other facilities were very good. Overall, the atmosphere was awesome, and I had a very good campus life. Sports, events, fests and other activities were organised from time to time.
    Infrastructure: Labs are in good condition. Spacious classrooms, good library and reading room facilities are available. Hostel rooms were good. Quality of food was good, especially breakfast. All the canteens were very good, food and snacks provided were very delicious. Sports and games facilities were very good. A hospital was built on the campus.
    Faculty: The college has good, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable teachers. Teaching quality and techniques were good. This course is good for those students who wanted to become a teacher, professor or want to start coaching classes. It will be beneficial for them.
    Other: It is a basic course after 12th non-medical, so I decided to choose this course. The best thing about the course is learning physics. Practical things must be improved in this course. The college organises fests and events from time to time. Campus crowd, connectivity of people, campus surroundings and extracurricular activities were very good.

    Placements: Our college is only for girls. In this college, the education system is excellent with rules and regulations. Only students got placed who got above 70% in their academics.     Q:   What is the fee refund policy of CDLU?

    A: 

    In case a candidate decides to withdraw his/her admission in a particular programme offered at CDLU, the following fee refund conditions will apply:
    (i) If a candidate leaves any programme, the entire fee deposited by the candidate will be refunded upto September 30 after deducting processing fee of INR 1000

    (ii) If the admission of a student is cancelled by the college, for no fault of his/her, the dues
    paid by him/her will be refunded

    (iii) Caution money/Security Deposit is refundable if application is received by December 31 of the year of the completion of course.
