It has a developing college campus, but the placement criteria have not been satisfactory till now.

Placements: The Department of Economics and Development Studies was introduced last year. It means we, the batch 2023–28, are the second batch of economists there. So the placement has not been introduced until now. We don't know how it will be. The integrated course is what is attractive about this course, as we need to panic over the master's degree.

Make students employable.

Placements: Generally, if one wants to study at the central university of any state, first, you have to clear the CUET; only 28 seats are available in the CUJ. Highest package: 6 to 7 lacs the lowest package: 80 thousand to 1 lac Companies like TATA Econometrics are offered in our course.

Dissatisfied. Not good that much.

Placements: Not that many companies came here. It's okay type. Not everyone placed here. And package is around 6-7lacs per annum. But very few came here. And very few get placed so I would recommend not to expect of placed. Placement cell are not good here.

CUJ is good for Bachelors and Masters.

Placements: Placements are too good. But it depends on the student, though. I was around the senior that got placed. What you expect from a BS and MS degree is that this college has a lot of potential students. There is a very good environment over here in terms of placement scenarios.

Absolutely satisfied with cuj. Cuj is love.

Placements: Placement was good before covid, placement cell is working perfectly for students. Before covid most of the student were placed after completing degree. But after the covid, placement cell is doing nothing for student. Teachers are very supportive for student jobs. They gives jobs opportunity by references.

This is the best university among all central universities. They offer placements.

Placements: I applied for M.Sc. geoinformatics. This course is very best for new upcoming boom industries. Almost 50% of the students got placed in this university. Some people got placed with a salary package varying from 2.4 LPA to 4 LPA. Internships in this university are compulsory like INCOIS, KSRSAC, IITS, NITS, IIEST, etc.

Not satisfied with the infrastructure, placements and facilities.

Placements: Placement was very poor, maybe zero. The students had to secure themselves in a company with their own efforts. College doesn't help anything in this matter. Internship opportunity was easy. Normally small energy companies or csir labs or IIT labs were the opportunity for the internship.

I am not completely satisfied with the college.

Placements: Only 5% of students were placed in my course. No package is offered. No companies visited the campus. 40% of students got internships. The companies are from different states. There are no top roles offered in my course because no companies visited here. Placements are very poor.

The new campus would be good, with good labs.

Placements: Placements are very little or zero. Students arrange internships on their own. Students apply for jobs and higher studies. Those who want to do PhD sit for JEST NET or GATE exams. Many go for government job examinations. Very few students qualify GATE, NET and JEST exams.

I am totally dissatisfied with the physics lab.

Placements: Only three or four students get placed every year from applied physics. The package offered is not so high, 25,000-35,000 per month. The college doesn't provide any support for students in getting internships.

Nowadays, integrated M.Sc. course is not available, so you can go for M.Sc. after graduation.

Placements: CUJ's placement record is average. I have studied 5-year integrated M.Sc. in applied physics and passed out this year. Students opting for the courses like energy engineering, mass communication, and MBA have great placement records. As per my knowledge, good companies like HCL, ETV Bihar, Wipro, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, etc., came for placements with good packages. I think almost every student got an internship from my batch in companies like Pantaloons, CSIR, ISRO, Big Bazar, Bhabha Atomic and Res...

Placements: Our college provides normal placements. Approximately only 10-30% of the students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered ranges from 8 LPA -10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered varies from 3 LPA - 4.5 LPA. I the previous batch of MBA, approximately 80% of the students got placed, but in our batch placement is not very high. Satisfactory teaching quality, placements are not good, and infrastructure is average.

Placements: There is an entire batch of 80 students, but the placements that took place is not according to that amount. Almost 4-5 schools visit for the recruitment and the average salary offered is Rs. 20,000-25,000 per month. Students are mostly selected to teach 6-8 class students.

I am dissatisfied with this university because of its poor and irresponsible administration.

Placements: There were no placements so far in this course. However, other departments like MBA, mass communication and engineering department have placements record. But the percentage of placement was quite low as expected. The average salary package offered was 4-5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA.

I'm absolutely dissatisfied. Your career will get wasted if you are planning to take admission here.

Placements: The college is suffering due to internal politics and a laid back attitude of the administration. Placements in the college are nil as there is no placement cell. So the students have managed to get placed on their own, and the college has provided no placement assistance.

Review of CUJ - Central University of Jharkhand, established under the Act 2019.

Placements: Since the inception of the applied chemistry department in 2010, 3 batches have graduated from the university. With each passing year, the placement opportunities have been increasing in the university. Different schools and educational institutions visit the campus to offer placement opportunities. We are expecting industrial placements in the coming years as the university is signing different MoUs with PSUs. Almost everyone in the department gets an internship offer.

Placements: There is no placement in my department in entire senior batches but there is a placement in many other departments like MBA, mass communication, and engineering department, and language department like Chinese, Korean, Tibetan. In this the students of university get good opportunity for their job in future.
