This course curriculum is well-designed by the ICAR Dean's Committee and revised every 4 years. This course gives you a very practical personality in a dairy plant.

Faculty: Faculty members are excellent well knowledgeable. PG, Ph.D. level faculty members are there. The ideology of teaching makes the student ready for fighting the vyapam exam. There is no semester system. Instead of semesters, there are 4 exams 3 assessments, and one annual exam. Out of the 3 assessments best, 2 assessment marks will be joined in the annual exam. Viva is tough and important.
