This gave birth to her own label, 'Casarecce,' which means 'homemade.' Casarecce is an amalgamation of traditional methods of making pasta with global flavours and the best of Indian grains, all nurtured with love.
The students were quite enthused about participating in the workshop. Chef Sambhavi spoke passionately about experimenting with flavours, ingredients, presentation, and colours during the course. She showed how to prepare Black Pepper Fettuccine with Mushrooms and Parmesan Cheese. She talked with the students about the different types of pasta and how to make them. "It was a great thrill dealing with the students," she remarked of her time at Chitkara University. “Their eagerness to learn is unrivalled.
