A nice college with a lot of restrictions.
Placements: Placements are available but as a BBA graduate, the package offered is quite average. Companies like Gartner and Genpact visit the college. Placements are sufficient as BBA graduates plan to do an MBA rather than picking up placements. COX MBA accelerates their package in 2 years but almost 3X.
Infrastructure: The campus is very small, which makes students' networking more fast.
Faculty: Faculty members are strict, but I guess they must be strict to maintain the decorum. The only corn of this university is attendance criteria, and it is the finest. Almost every faculty is strict, but at one point, they are understanding and supportive.
Other: Our college does not conduct freshers and other things. A lot of cultural fests are held. DJ nights are also organised by different departments. This college encourages students to participate in co-curricular activities. Recently, I got a chance to represent our college at the IIT Kanpur Sports Fest. So our college keeps on participating in various events of many colleges like Amity, UPES, Graphic Era, OP Jindal, Delhi University, Ashoka, etc.

My experience at Christ University - A journey of growth and learning.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed, and the remaining students are still trying for placements. Some prominent recruiters who visited the campus include KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PWC, Mercedes, Bosch, HSBC Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Flipkart, Ola, Navi, and various other organizations across industries. The highest salary package offered is 27 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Roles offered majorly included consulting, finance, marketing, analytics, and management. It depends on recruiters. Only 20% of students got internships. The majority of the students opted for internships from outside.
Infrastructure: The campus is exceptionally well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, and equipped with modern facilities like smart classrooms, a well-stocked library, and excellent sports amenities, including basketball courts, a ground for football and cricket, and a tennis court. We have spacious and well-maintained classrooms equipped with projectors, audio systems, and comfortable seating to ensure an engaging learning environment. Smartboards and other modern teaching aids enhance the educational experience. The campus provides seamless Wi-Fi access (although no social media can be accessed) which is reliable and accessible across academic buildings. Libraries and common areas. The library is extremely beautiful and is well-stocked with an extensive collection of books, journals, E-resources, and research materials for the course. There are triple-sharing, double-sharing, and single-sharing rooms for only girls on campus. We have basic amenities like beds with mattresses, study tables, study lamps, chairs, and cupboards. There is good drinking water availability like hot, cold, and normal.
Faculty: Most faculty members are well-equipped bringing academic and industry experience to the classroom. While some professors are exceptional in their teaching and mentorship, others are average and lack practical engagement. The teaching is process-oriented, emphasizing adhering to procedures and protocols which sometimes overshadows efficiency and creativity. Practical exposure and case studies are incorporated but could be more impactful. The course spans over 2 years and is divided into 6 trimesters each lasting approximately 3 months. Subjects like fixed income securities for finance specialisation are challenging and require thorough preparation.
Other: The college offers a vibrant campus life with opportunities to engage in various cultural fests like Blossoms, Chrisellence, and USHUS. Students from diverse backgrounds bring a rich cultural blend, making the environment dynamic and inclusive.

BBA in Strategy and Business Analytics - Batch of 2025

Christ is not what I had expected it to be.
Placements: Very few of my seniors have been placed. Average package of Christ is around 5-6 Lacs CTC. The highest is 21 Lacs CTC and the lowest is like 3.5-4 Lacs CTC. JP morgan, Goldman sachs, deshaw comes for placements and all of them offer summer internships. The highest paying company is deshaw as of now.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our campus is really good. It has everything a student requires. From a big auditorium to 2 floored library, a gym, games room, Wi-Fi, classroom with projectors and 5-6 canteens. The quality of food is good but it price compared to other.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified yes but the classes are so long and monotonous. It is not at all interactive and mostly students zone out. Curriculum is partially relevant but mostly no. And use of Ai related things should be taught instead it is topped.
Other: Christ bgr has conducts one of the best fests and events out there. Events like speakers conclaves not fun events. In simpler words if business is your niche then christ is a gold mine for you but if you want to have a fun college life christ is not the college for you. It is extremely strict about dress code and attendance. If you're below 75 with even 2% trust me you will be detained no matter who you are or how loaded you are. And if below 85% you will have to pay a fine of 2-3k.

Honest review of Christ University.
Placements: The placements are pretty good from what I have enquired about from my seniors, and most of my seniors have been placed in top companies such as Google, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, HDFC, and many more. The college also provides a lot of placement training.
Infrastructure: My course is a perfect blend of academics and extracurriculars, and I am genuinely enjoying my course. The hostel is great; there is good food, spacious rooms, and we are supervised all the time, so parents need not worry at all. The hostel is right on the college campus itself.
Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified and truly exceptional when it comes to teaching. The curriculum helps us maximize learning, and the overall curriculum is great. The pass percentage for the semester exam is 40 percent, and any student with a little effort will be able to pass.
Other: I chose B.Com honors because I want to pursue a job in commerce. I wish the college would improve its attendance criteria since 85 percent is too much and very dreadful for students.

A Genuine review about Christ University
Placements: Currently, the placement season is going on and is not yet completed. But, till now almost 30% of MBA students are placed. Companies like Delloite, KPMG, Well Fargo, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI Securities and many more come for placements. Package offered is INR 8- INR 12 LPA. Job roles offered are financial analyst are offered .
Infrastructure: The college is equipped with the student's Wi-Fi. A student can connect it from any corners of the college. Since I am in the MBA department we don't have any such dedicated labs, but I am sure they must be there where it is suppose to be. Talking about the library, we have two large libraries with the world class book collection .
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and industry veterans. They provide real live experience with the class to get real knowledge of the market. The course curriculum is prepared professionally, hence helps students to get equipped with the relevant knowledge. Semester are quite difficult based on the subject you choose and the pass mark for each semester is 40%.
Other: There are numerous events going on in the campus by different departments that keeps the campus environment lively.

It's more about following the rules than learning.
Placements: Since we are only the second batch of this course, there isn't much information about placements. However, we have been getting internship offers from companies such as Deloitte and Goldman Sachs that also provide offer letters if the internship is successfully completed.
Infrastructure: There is a network in all the academic blocks. So you can't use your internet here. You can only connect your laptops to the campus wifi and most of the sites are blocked from that, so it mostly doesn't work. The classrooms are good and spacious with sufficient lighting. The library has a good collection of academic books but because it's on the ground floor, it isn't very quiet. I reside off-campus but from what I have heard, the hostel is very strict. They have very early curfews and dress codes and no food is allowed inside the rooms.
Faculty: While teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, they don't know how to teach. They are more concerned about whether the students are following dress codes or if they come to the class on time. They mostly just read from the slides and get the syllabus done before the exam time. The grades follow a capping system so no one gets more than an average grade.
Other: I chose this course because I felt like more opportunities would be open for me in the future. I just wish the teachers would focus more on the actual learning and well-being of the students. Apart from that, it is a very happening campus, so you'll always find something fun taking place after college hours.
