All the students seeking admission to the MCA programme offered at CSVTU Bhilai must submit a duly filled application by visiting the official website of the university. To apply for MCA, follow the step-wise CSVTU Bhilai application process explained below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CSVTU.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Academic’ tab & then select ‘Programs and Schemes’ from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Select your desired programme and click on the ‘Apply Now’ link.

Step 4: This will redirect you to the registration page. Enter the required details such as name, e-mail id, mobile number, and address, & click on the ‘Register’ button.

Step 5: Click on the link (sent on your registered e-mail ID) to verify your account. Further, log in to your account with the sent credentials.

Step 6: Complete the application form by filling in other details, including guardian details and previous academic qualifications.

Step 7: Upload scanned images of the passport-size photograph in JPG/ JPEG/ PNG format (up to 100 kb) and other necessary documents.

Step 8: Pay the prescribed application fee using a debit card/ credit card/ net banking.

Step 9: Submit the application form to complete the application process.

• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets
• Bachelor's degree marksheet (if applicable)
• Master's degree marksheets (if applicable)
• Diploma or equivalent marksheet (if applicable)
• Scanned passport-size photograph in JPG/ JPEG/ PNG format (up to 100 kb)
• Aadhaar Card
• Caste/ category certificate
