Strong academics and placements, but hostel and infrastructure needs improvement.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and have experienced and knowledgeable persons. They have great knowledge, and the curriculum is designed according to the practical and industry-relevant. Semester exams are not so difficult; all the study material is given to the students to practice for the exams, and the pass percentage is 80 to 90%.

A great college for exploring cognitive science at the bachelor's level.

Faculty: Faculty members for B.Sc. cognitive science at DEI are a mix as the course is relatively new. While 2-3 professors are highly knowledgeable and helpful. Others lack the same level of expertise. However, the program encourages self-driven research. It allows students to explore their interests independently. The curriculum is well-structured and semester-based. We have 2 internal exams. They are conducted for 40 marks each. Overall internal assessment is held for 150 marks. External exams are con...

Don't come here! The only positive is a substantial education in less amount!

Faculty: The faculty is very qualified and experienced. The exams conducted by the college are alright, but the course curriculum is very poor. The professors cover a fraction of the syllabus but leave out a major chunk, which is important and will be a problem for us in the future.

DEI is an amazing university.

Faculty: Teachers are very polite and helpful, except for some. They are qualified and knowledgeable and some of them are retired from civil services. The teaching quality is average. This course is good for students who are preparing for civil services, but not as much for industry-related careers. The open book format makes semester exam tough and hard, as we have to face tricky questions. If we score 50% on our semester exam, we will pass easily.

Average college life of Diploma students

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and excellent at teaching; their teaching quality is good. The exam pattern is always the same every year, so exams were easy. The curriculum did not make us ready for the industry. We studied only one programming language in our whole course. They still teach us microprocessors 8051 and 8085, which have been outdated for a long time. The passing score is 66 out of 200, and the internal exam is 150 marks; 50 marks are external.

Good college but not really satisfied due to the college's strictness.

Faculty: It is very easy for students to pass exams as the evaluation of marks is very simple and easy. Hardly any students fail in their courses. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Each student needs to get 70 marks out of 200 in order to pass in a subject.

Absolutely satisfied with the college and it is value for money.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful and qualified. Teaching quality is nice. They explain things in a practical way and also ask questions in class. Curriculum is also perfect. You will cover all things and get a chance to learn more. Exams are difficult but not out of topic.

Quality education is provided within a budget.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Course curriculum is fine, but it doesn't make students industry-ready. Will have to develop skills on own. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and recently, the "Open Book" format for exams has been introduced. Pass percentage is 33%.

I'm satisfied with this college.

Faculty: The teaching quality at DEI is superb. The faculty members are industry experts or have specialized training. This makes them particularly effective in guiding students through both the theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum. The passing percentage is more than 80%, which is because the curriculum focuses more on ensuring that students learn and apply what they have been taught rather than on testing their theoretical knowledge.

Not good for placement.

Faculty: I would not recommend this college because the teachers are not very good. They are partial towards some students, and the exams are difficult even though they are open book. Also, the teachers don't always give students the grades they deserve.

Become an Engineer with DEI Technical College.

Faculty: My teachers are really knowledgeable in their subjects, and they share great tips and tricks to help us understand the concepts better. It's been a great experience learning at my college. At first, I struggled with engineering drawing and had a hard time grasping the concepts. But I didn’t lose hope. When I told my teacher about it, they gave me some books to study and provided recorded lectures. Over time, as I studied with those materials, my understanding improved. Believe it or not, I ended...

Best Faculty, Good Placements and Attractive Infrastructure and Facilities

Faculty: The faculty members of this course are mostly from NITs and IITs. All the members are well-experienced and have sound knowledge in their respective fields. The course curriculum is relevant for us, with abundant practical experience, which prepares us for industrial experience. The semester exams are quite hard, and open book exams are held, which make us think innovatively and research deeply in our courses. The pass percentage is quite good, depending on the efforts of the students.

Please don't take admission .

Faculty: The teaching quality is not good. Teachers are lazy, and infrastructure is very bad. The building structure of our college is very old. No college reputation. Please don't take admission. The college teachers are very rude and are misbehaving with students and some teachers are drunk during class hours and don't teach.

Absolutely satisfied with the college .

Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified from big institute and universities (IIT, NIIT, etc.). Almost all teachers were experienced for 10–15 years in teaching line and their way of teaching were good to describe single sentences, and exam patterns and class test arrangements were also good according to timetable .

Good government. College with low fees.

Faculty: Teachers here are really well-educated and are good enough to help you out regarding the subject. There are some professors from IITs, IIMs, etc. and mostly teachers have a Ph.D. degree in their particular subjects, so yes, they are very supportive and encouraging. To score good marks here, you need to really work hard. College exams are of a good level; if you pay attention in class, then you'll really score well enough.
