Overall good college. Faculty members are good. Placements in computer engineering are excellent.

Placements: I didn't go for placements because I want to further pursue my higher studies to go for management programme and another reason for not taking placements is because we had a family background in the civil field as my father is also a consulting civil engineer.

Best experience in DDIT we will learn many things.

Placements: The College provides the placement, but not sure that you will get proper job in your field. If the Co. TCS comes to your college and you will selected for the job, but your field may not be considered. Otherwise, it's nice Anyone can get the job. The Funny thing happened was, that my friend got call for a receptionist job in TCS. Just try your luck. All MNC companies may come to the campus.

The college is the best for knowledge and technically best.

Placements: There are 100% placements in the chemical branch, and the highest salary offered 10-11 LPA. Every year, good faculty support for placement, most of all companies visited our campus. All kind of jobs is offered. The lowest salary offered is 4 LPA. All the students, who interested in an internship can apply for it. The stipend is around Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month.

DDU from my point of view.

Placements: As mechanical is a core branch, there are no good placements in pure mechanical fields. Still, approximately 30 students of the batch 2014-18 get placements in various companies like Reliance (5 students) (5.5 LPA), L&T Infotech (4 students) (4 LPA), Tega industries (3 students) (3.5 LPA), Shree ram chemicals (1 student) (4.5 LPA), Hitachi hire (2 students) (3 LPA), and Nirma chemicals (13 students) (2 LPA-2.5 LPA). The other branches of computer engineering and information technologies get appr...

The best college in Gujarat for CS and IT.

Placements: The placement on the campus is decent comparatively with other colleges in Gujarat. The companies like Infosys and TCS has come for the placements and took 130-180 students from CS, IT, and EC. The placement in IT and CS department is almost 100%, and the others small companies came from Mumbai and Ahmedabad for placements. Most of the companies are consulting company, but not product-based. The highest salary package during my tenure was 10-12 LPA, I guess.

Course is completely B.Tech oriented.

Placements: Approximately, 32 students were placed on the campus last year which is better than its previous year with just 13 placements. Packages offered here aren't much high, being 3 LPA to 5 LPA on an average. But, mechanical engineering graduates are offered generously with the highest package of 10 LPA to 13 LPA.

A review on Dharmsinh Desai University.

Placements: The placement for our senior batch is nearly 100%. And, our department is working very hard for 100% placement. For our batch, definitely, it will be 100%. All seats from the chemical department are from the grant in aid quota, so students have a powerful mind.

There is best experience in DDIT, try it once.

Placements: They have many contacts with IT companies. And you will definitely get the job if you are DDIT student, but it is up to you and your skills. They just work as a consultancy. They suggest you in getting the job. There is a nice experience in DDIT. In last year, they have their own list of companies, and you should go there because they are sorted only selected genuine companies.

DDU, a dream college for the students.

Placements: The placements of this college are beyond nice, as this college is very old. It has a good name, and also students studying here make it worth. Many good companies come here to hire the students and also gives them good packages like around 5 LPA.

No college can be perfect. This college has good placement and education, but it could be better.

Placements: Many companies have visited DDU campus this year as they always do like Amazon, Direct, GNFC, Infosys, Reliance, Tata and all others located in Gujarat. The highest package offered by Direct was around 26 LPA, the lowest package offered was around 1.8 LPA, and the average was about 3.5 LPA. Almost 80% of the students got placed, and 99% of students successfully got their internship from CE/IT departments and rest of others opt out from placement due to higher study intentions. If you are in DDU,...

One of the best colleges in Gujarat for technical purpose.

Placements: The placements of this college are good. The percentage of placement is 67%. The highest salary offered is 11 LA, and the lowest one is 3.35 LPA. Many companies visited the college. It offered roles as a data mining manager, web developer and many more things. The stipend was Rs. 9000 and Rs. 13000 per month.

The college has good education and theoretical knowledge.

Placements: There was a good number of placements in our university. Around 67% of the students got placed. Infosys, Tata and much more visited the college. The students are placed as a developer, data mining, web development, data analyser and networking. As per my knowledge, most of all the students are going for the internship. It was around Rs. 10000- Rs. 20000 and that depend on students and companies. They are useful due to more number of courses available here.

One of the best colleges in Gujarat and I am satisfied with faculty, placements and infrastructure.

Placements: This year the placements were good. In the senior batch, around 67% of placement were done and the highest package offered is Rs. 12 Lakhs and the lowest package is Rs. 2 Lakhs while the average package is 3.5 Lakhs. Also, companies like Direct-I, Infosys, TCS, etc., have visited the college. Roles such as the data mining manager, developer, designer, data analyser, etc., have been offered to the students. Strict but good for knowledge.

Placements: The placement in the mechanical branch is very poor. Hardly, 20% get placement in the college. Reliance gave the highest package of 5.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 1.8LPA. Mainly reliance, TEGA, L&T, Nirma, DCM Shriram use to come for placement. About all, the students got the internship but, few students offered a stipend.

You will be trained. You will be tested.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is quite decent. Though being not well-known college, the placement cell ensures at least 60% successful placement. Regarding summer internships, the college holds ties with Coca-Cola, Prakash Chemicals, TCS, Pantaloons, etc.

Overall, I will say it is above average but a bit below outstanding.

Placements: Here, the placements are comparatively good but not impressive. The average package offered is 3-4 LPA. The companies like TCS, Saffron, ICICI Securities, Matrix, etc., visit the college. Talking about the summer internship, the college places all the students at the good companies relating to the marketing, finance, and operations.

Absolutely good for studies.

Placements: There is a great chance for the people here who are serious about their placements. Almost all the students from my class got placed, and there were about 70-80% of the placements done here. There are also well-known companies who have been visiting DDU since the past years and hiring students who have worked hard for that.

Students deserve better college than DDU.

Placements: The placements in this college are good, compared to other colleges. But, it is still lagging behind when compared to Nirma, PDPU, DAIICT, MSU and all other national level colleges. Most of the students got placed in Infosys. Don't expect a package of more than 6 lakhs per annum unless you are extraordinary.

Great in education, infrastructure and placements.

Placements: I got two offers during my last semester, and now I'm working with a well-reputed organisation. The placement during my batch was good but frankly speaking, due to the current market scenario and a huge flow of engineers passing out every year one cannot expect more than 30% placements.

This is a good place to study MBA.

Placements: The placements provided here are quite good. Every year, more than 50% of the students in the batch get placed. The placement coordinator is very friendly and keeps the students updated of the visiting companies. As DDU is one of the best colleges in Gujarat, many companies come for both the streams, i.e., the marketing stream as well as the finance stream.
