Q:   Can I get direct admission in RMLAU university?

A: 

No, RMLAU does not offer direct admission. Candidates seeking admission in any of the RMLAU courses, can follow the below steps:

Step 1: Candidates can apply online for the choice of RMLAU programme. For courses where the admission is through national-level entrance exam, candidates must first register for the exam.

Step 2: The university offers admission to most of the UG and PG courses Like M.Ed, LLM, BPharm, BA LLB, etc. is based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. 

Step 3: Once the entrance exam results are out, selected aspirants are called for counselling. Shortlisted candidates need to report before the reporting time with the specified documents.

A nice environment with decent opportunities.
Placements: It is not a great college with regards to placements. Only 40 - 50 percent of students from my course got placed. The highest package was around 10 LPA, and the lowest was around 2 LPA. The average package every year remains around 5-6 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, Aditya Birla, and Tech Mahindra. There is very little scope for internships in the college. Mostly, government PSUs provide internships to around 10 percent of students. Top roles offered to students from my course were data analysts, business analysts, business development associates, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has a big campus with neat and clean roads. Buildings in my college are strong and well-furnished. Classrooms are attached with digital board facilities with Wi-Fi. Labs are equipped with all kinds of tools and instruments. There is a big library as well with a lot of books. There is no hostel facility available on the campus.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and helpful. The teaching quality is brilliant. Most of the teachers are soft-spoken and very easy to understand. The courses are more bookish. There is very little introduction to practical knowledge. Exams are not very difficult, and the passing percentage here is 33 percent and above.
Other: I chose to do the B.A. in Economics due to its relevance in reality. And also, it provides you with opportunities in multiple fields like data analysis, business development, etc.

This college provides best education.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Almost 25%-30% of students get placements. Students receive packages and jobs based on their convenience and education, so it is not unusual for someone to have a higher package or different opportunities. Course is also very good.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, and library are very good, and all students are happy. There are such good facilities because of which students here are are very happy and thankful to college. Such facilities should be available everywhere, and it is our good fortune that we are benefiting from them in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They teach syllabus well and finish it quickly. Percentages depend on our studies, but many good students perform well, which is encouraging. Teachers also work hard to ensure that students get good marks in their areas.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a businessman in the future and do something good for the country.

The worst experience I've had in college was due to the lack of faculty placement.
Placements: In our college, admission is based on the percentages of 12th and 10th marksheets. Unfortunately, there are no job placement opportunities provided. It's disheartening for us that our college lacks placements, something I wasn't aware of when I enrolled.
Infrastructure: Honestly speaking, my college is below average; there are no hostels, no Wi-Fi for students, and the lab facilities are subpar. However, the classrooms are decent, and there is a library available.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their behavior towards students is good. They guide us in every aspect, and the curriculum is satisfactory, preparing students for competitive fields.
Other: I chose this course because my aim is to become a botany professor. I plan to pursue my Masters and take the CSIR NET exam. As for improvement suggestions for my college, they need to work on their lab, Wi-Fi, and hostel facilities.

Our college has more than 5,000 students and good facilities.
Placements: Placements are very low in our college. They are not good. Around 10-20% of students got placed in our course. Only 1 or 2 companies visit our college and select boys. Wipro and Flipkart visit our college. Roles offered are web developer and maintenance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college campus is average, but some basic facilities are inadequate. The college ground and washrooms, particularly the girls' washrooms, are in poor condition. Hostels also provide low-quality rooms and areas, and the water supply is often unreliable. There are insufficient medical facilities and treatment options available in case of sudden accidents involving students. Other facilities for students such as Wi-Fi, parking, laboratories, and the library are not well-maintained or properly managed.
Faculty: Teachers at our college are very knowledgeable and skilled in their subjects. They often lack the practical knowledge to teach and improve students' social connections. Exams and course curriculum are similar to those at other colleges in the state and country, the scheduling of exams and certain student events does not allow for sufficient preparation time. As a result, the pass percentage is quite low. It is based on study quality.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in computers and their subjects at a very early age. I was super excited to explore the web and technology universe. The best thing about our course is to know the principles of computers, coding, the internet, and the tech field. Our college should improve the lab. I want all-important practical subjects based on the lab. Our teachers should guide students more.

Placements: Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University is a government university. Students are very well-trained that they can be easily placed by themselves. The salary offered is around Rs. 9,000 - 2,50,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure. It has a good garden. Students are promoted for sports and participate in university events. Facilities are good. The Wi-Fi network is not available. Buildings are very well-painted and decorated. These classrooms are very good. Other facilities are also available.
Faculty: There are many qualified and professional professors who are Ph.D. holders. The teaching style is very understandable. Teachers are very helpful and friendly. Semester exams in our college are not difficult. The pass percentage is around 70-80%.
Other: I chose the course in Hindi, History, and Geography. These are the best choices.

Nice college in rural area.
Placements: 20 percent to 30 percent of students get jobs, and that too depends on their hard work. Internship opportunities are not that good you have to look for outside opportunities. Also, this course is more about gaining knowledge so that you can pursue higher degrees and opt for several government exams.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not that big, but it's also not that small. It's pretty decent and provides you with class washrooms and other areas for students to study comfortably. Hostels are not provided by the college itself; you can look for one in nearby areas. Medical facilities and other facilities are easily available in nearby localities.
Faculty: Faculty is good, or we can say it's okay; it depends on how one perceives it. The curriculum is appropriate in accordance with the course of a Bachelor of Arts. Pass percentage is good. Exams are not that difficult; one can easily pass the examination and proceed.
Other: This course is very appropriate for starting and one can easily pursue it. Also, it's curriculum prepares you for various government examination. Events are conducted but are not that high-profile .
