I would still not suggest this college because of the crowd and location.
Placements: Top recruiting companies are TCS, Deloitte, and Paytm. In our course which is CSE almost 20% to 30% of students got placed on campus. The average salary package offered for CSE in our college was approximately 4 LPA to 5.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was around 1.2 crores last year which was an achievement in itself.
Infrastructure: A very big point of Galgotias is its classrooms. The university is spending crores of rupees to create an active learning environment. Personally, where our classes are conducted is a normal classroom, but it is under development. In 4 to 5 months all blocks will be renovated and there is a new block built recently it's under development too. It will be in maybe Feb 2025 or April 2025. Overall infrastructure is very good in university, facilities are also good. Canteen food is a little expensive, I don't like taste of anything except ice-cream.
Faculty: Like every college, some teachers are very well-qualified but don't know how to connect with students, and some teachers very well-known in how to handle students. Regarding semester exams it's not that tough if we prepare from teachers PPT's and practice questions on that it will be a piece of cake.
Other: I think there is too much crowd here on the working day we don't even get an empty place to walk in blocks. Grounds are empty almost all the time. If we talk about events and fest there is almost something happening in university daily.

Honest review for freshers.
Placements: I would say that the placement record in the B.Tech department is satisfactory. Many companies come to our university. Many students get placed. According to me, due to overpopulation in our college, the placement record is affected. Some students also get placed in big companies with great packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is quite good. Our campus is also good and big. There is a lot of space to play and hills around the campus. On campus, the hostel is good as it provides many additional facilities such as a gym, pool room, air hockey room, common lounge, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members in our department are good. They try to make your doubts clear within the class. If you are a sincere and focused student, you will find that faculty members' content is good enough to score good marks. We have a total of 2 exams per semester which include MTE and ETE. There are also online IA conducted for different subjects.
Other: If you join Galgotias University, I would say that your college life will be great as this university is known for its events and fests. Many big celebrities are being invited to fests and fresher parties.

This university is not good for management students .
Placements: Placement is not good for our batches. 10% of students have been placed this year. Small-cap companies are invited. There is not one student who gets an internship by the university; there is no top role offered by the college; only Salem Company are offering placements.
Infrastructure: It is normal. Universities have developed cafes. A big playground. The network is very bad, and we face many types of problems that are related to the network. There are many types of clubs that are successfully run at the university. So you have any type of talent on your platform.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good; they know how to teach. And there are some faculty members whose behavior is not good. The passing percentage is 33 and the results will be updated soon after the semester-end examination. No students are satisfied with this .
Other: The university has nothing good to share.

Galgotias make bright and sharp.
Placements: Around 95% of students of B.Teach ECE get placed every year and it's a great achievement. The highest salary package offered is 45 LPA national and 1 crore per annum international. The average salary package offered is 19 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies visited are Google, Amazon, Mahindra, TCS, Apple, etc. Around 95% of students secured internships every year in various companies like Google, Amazon, and TCS and roles such as chip-making and software engineer.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure is provided related to our course B.Tech ECE like labs, library, Wi-Fi, top classrooms, smart class, and playground. Food provided is healthy and hygienic. Big playgrounds are available for different games like cricket, football, basketball, badminton, table tennis, etc.
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and very helpful. Their teaching qualities are very impressive. They provide daily basis PPT related to our problems and on next day solve problems. Semester exams are very helpful in growing our skills. It's not difficult but it's tricky.
Other: Crowd is amazing time-to-time fest celebrations and many festival celebrations together and create memories. Scholarships are also provided including UP Government scholarships and NSP.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty members, good placements in 2024.
Placements: I scored 74% in boards and I'm able to get in. In 2024, the highest salary package offered was 1 crore and the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. Recruiting companies are Infosys, Tata, and many more. About 80% of students secure internships every year. As I'm pursuing AIML I'm able to do role in machine learning and AI development.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is one of the best in Uttar Pradesh. Facilities like Wi-Fi and labs are available. Classrooms are digital. There are about 3 or 4 libraries in our university. Hostel facilities are good as they provide everything air-conditioned rooms and good food and a lot of stuff for sports.
Faculty: Teachers are genuine as they graduated from IITs and IIITs. They teach in a good manner and teachers are very friendly. So we can ask them our problems without anyone hesitation. Course makes students industry-ready as there are many workshops going on about this. Semester exams are not even tough but if we study we are able to score good marks.
Other: I chose AIML course because I wanted to be a AI developer engineer. I don't think there is any need of improvement in our course everything is good. Regarding the fest, campus, and crowd, there are many fests organized by our management, and the crowd is great. Extracurricular activities like inter-college competitions, are held every year or even every month.

Placements: Students have to find a hospital on their own and do their internship. The college will not provide you with internships or placements. All you have to do is do your own. Only a few students who are good in academics have gotten their placements in the hospital; others will not.
Infrastructure: The college has good and nice-looking infrastructure but they have a very bad Wi-Fi network. Most of the time, the mobile network was not available. There were no empty classrooms. They give classes on Sunday as well and at any time they take classes.
Faculty: 1 semester has to be completed in 6 months, but they will end the semester only in 3 months. Sometimes the course was not completed completely. They just teach the students, whether they understand or not. They don't care. All you have to do is do it on your own; they only send you ppts sometimes; they do not .
