Galgotias University review.
Placements: Galgotias University has a good placement record. On average, 60-75% of students get placed, with an average package of 4-5 lakhs per annum. The top 10% of students get a package of 12-15 lakhs per annum. Last year, the lowest package was 2 lakhs per annum and the highest was 27 lakhs per annum. The best companies for placement are Wipro, Raj Enterprise, Asian Paints, and Oracle.
Infrastructure: The university provides free Wi-Fi, high-speed Internet, and charging points at each seat. The classrooms are very well ventilated and has smart boards.
Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful in both my studies and my extracurricular activities. However, there are a few bad apples who don't support us and, instead, blame us for failures. On the other hand, the semester exams are easy. The papers are only 100 marks, and we only need 15 marks to pass. So, it's very easy to pass.

This university is not good for management students .
Placements: Placement is not good for our batches. 10% of students have been placed this year. Small-cap companies are invited. There is not one student who gets an internship by the university; there is no top role offered by the college; only Salem Company are offering placements.
Infrastructure: It is normal. Universities have developed cafes. A big playground. The network is very bad, and we face many types of problems that are related to the network. There are many types of clubs that are successfully run at the university. So you have any type of talent on your platform.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good; they know how to teach. And there are some faculty members whose behavior is not good. The passing percentage is 33 and the results will be updated soon after the semester-end examination. No students are satisfied with this .
Other: The university has nothing good to share.

Placements: Galgotias University provides us a great placement percentage of approximately 90+ percent. There are many companies that come to Galgotias University for placement, like Flipkart and Amazon and many more companies. The highest package Galgotias is 36 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Galgotias University has great infrastructure. They provide many facilities, like AC classes and many more facilities. Library, labs, and Wi-Fi are there. They provide good facilities. The hostel has AC rooms and many more; they also provide good quality food.
Faculty: The faculty of Galgotias University is great compared to other universities, like they encourage us a lot towards study, and they give lessons about future life. They always help us in exams. Exams at Galgotias University are great; they never give huge loads to us.
Other: The facility and faculty are both great; they provide a great experience.

Reality check of Galgotias University.
Placements: Mostly, 85% of the students got placed through campus, with the remaining either off campus or unable to get placed. Lastly, as I remember, the highest package is 36 lacs, the average is 8 to 5 lacs, and the minimum is 4 lacs per annum. Here is a list of top recruiting companies in my course: Alliance, TATA, Google, Infosys, etc. Mostly every student got an internship from the campus in our course companies like Google, Deloitte, Reflik, etc. Actually, I didn't know much about that.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities and infrastructure provided in our course, like classrooms with Wi-Fi and projectors, spacious sitting arrangements, Apple labs for seniors and well-maintained labs for freshers, and a huge library with so many authors and publications of different years. The hostel facilities and accommodation are quite good, like AC rooms with Wi-Fi and indoor playing courts for squash, badminton, snooker tables, fuss tables, etc. The quality of food served in the mess is fine, and there are 24x7 medical facilities for students. Smart for students and different shops for food items.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly in nature; mostly all the staff members are very qualified and hard-working, also providing visual lectures for future practice and providing notes. The teaching quality is superb, and they are knowledgeable. If you ask them about anything or have an issue, they help you with that. The curriculum, of course, is relevant for future-related jobs as they teach programming languages and help to make coding projects. It also helps the students to be industry-ready for the future to catch a high-paying job. The semester exams are quite difficult to pass, as they were made by different professors using AI to select random questions. The passing criteria for exams are 40%. Only two times are exams conducted in a semester: midterm examination and end-term examination.
Other: I love studying programming languages and checking out new technologies. So I prefer this course. The best thing about my course is it teaches about new technologies and languages used in teaching companies. If it's possible, then I wish it regularly teaches about new tech and upcoming launches and the most demanding skills for the future and improves the quality of teaching the concepts. Regular events and fests level up the game and increase your social life; the campus crowd is so much and very friendly with each other, connectivity on campus is good, and the campus surroundings are quite good, especially the variety of food on campus and near the campus with excellent quality at affordable prices. Scholarships are provided to different categories of students, like OBC, SC, and ST, at least 40,000 rupees, etc.

Good faculty but with poor placements and management.
Placements: Approximately 50% of students in my course secured placements, with the highest package reaching 13 LPA, the lowest being 1 LPA, and an average package of 6 LPA. Key recruiting companies include Infosys, Vipro, Accenture, Cognigen, and TCS. About 20% of students secured internships with companies such as TCS, AICTE, and Skills Share. The top roles offered in our course include senior software developer, full-stack developer, and app developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well-maintained and has good facilities. Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are well-designed. The mess infrastructure is also well-prepared, providing satisfactory food. However, medical facilities are not up to the mark, and the security measures are inadequate. While faculty members are supportive, the university's management is poor.
Faculty: The faculty is helpful and qualified, but teaching quality varies among individual teachers. The course curriculum is not perfect and can be unpredictable. Semester exams are not overly difficult, and one can crack them with one or two days of study. The pass percentage is less than half of the total marks.
Other: The B.Tech course is more relevant compared to other courses at this university. The exam pattern, especially in our course, needs improvement. The university offers a vibrant college life, with events, fests, and extracurricular activities happening regularly. While placements are lacking, the faculty is good, but the management needs improvement.
