It is a decent college. Look for other options if you can, especially because of the distance.

Placements: The placements haven't taken place yet. But last year’s results have been average only. For my course, the average package doesn't go very high. Although you can get decent internships in the area of marketing and sales, but don't depend too much on the campus placements.

A pretty good college for giving self exposure.

Placements: Placements is one the biggest strength of my university, 80 percent of students got placed. The highest package was INR 4LPA and the lowest package was INR 2LPA. TCS, Tech Mahindra and small local companies visit for recruitments. Almost 100 percent of the students got internship and majority of the internship were from local and nearby firms. My course offers a bright career in Accounting as well as ACT as a stepping stone for MBA and competitive exams like CA, CMA, CS etc.

Review of Galgotias University.

Placements: The quality of placements is fine. The percentage of students who got placed is approximately 70% and the salary package offered is up to Rs. 30,000 per month. Placements at this college are very good. The highest salary package offered was around 45 LPA by Microsoft for computer science and engineering. Most of the students got placed. There isn't an exact figure for average salary offered, but it is somewhere close to 3-4 LPA.

Review of Galgotias University.

Placements: The placement scenario at Galgotias University is average. You will get placements from our college, but they are not of much quality or not good profiles. Students prefer to do their internships and search for placements on their own outside the college. However, the average salary package offered for B.Com (Hons) course is around 2.5 LPA-3 LPA.

Satisfied with the college, but the placements are not great and the location is not appropriate.

Placements: A lot of companies for the placements of business development students, but very few companies come for finance or HR. Only marketing students get great opportunities as companies want to increase their sales. Otherwise, the initiative taken from the university's end is good. One must not expect good placements from GU.

Its only good for those who have there residents nearby!

Placements: There was not 100% placement but few candidates got better job than there caliber! I don't about the highest and the lowest salary package as I never sit in placements but whatever I heard frm my mates was that they were nt satisfied by placements and companies were also nt big lyk they promised to give placements in companies lyk KPMG.

One of the best college in Delhi NCR for all the courses they provides.

Placements: Placement was very good in this college. As we were in Bachelor degree so instead of placement most of the students preferred for further studies. It is one of the best college in Delhi NCR. Those who wanted placement got placed. During my time the highest package was 8 Lacs minimum was 3 Lacs and the average was 3.5 lkh. Company visited the campus like Hero, Mahindra, snapdeal, tcs, lnt etc. Students were offered the role such as business development, sales executive, research analytic etc. As ...

The best budget friendly and decent college that a student can have with decent placement.

Placements: There is decent placement and company do visit our campus. The placement package is little less but we can't expect from the graduation degree. And one of the best thing about placement is that lot of company comes for campus drive, that too for B.Com students as compared to other colleges.

It is pathetic for the beginners thinking about Galgotias, and you'll cry for the rest of your life.

Placements: The companies are visiting the campus, but you can hardly rely on yourself. As the package they offered is low, and it is difficult for the students to accept it. All the students did an internship, but there is no placement cell. The students sit in a random place and give their interview.

Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure on the campus.

Placements: The placements are not good for undergraduates as hardly companies came for the undergraduate placements, but a few, who were demanding for the placement were arranged for the process. Those who were selected got less package. The placement cell is not focusing on the undergraduates.

Dissatisfied with the faculty and infrastructure, but you will get good food in the campus for sure.

Placements: The college provides placements to various big MNCs and provides 100% placements to the students. Galgotias is famous for placements but doesn't be so much sure that you will be on the job for next few years because mostly the company fire the employee after one year. So, be careful.

It is an excellent university for education.

Placements: The most important thing in our college is campus placement. I think it is approximately 80 to 90 percent in this college. Most of the companies which visit Galgotias University are Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Gate, ITC, infotech, HCL, Infosys, etc.

Overall, it was a good but what college needs to improve are attendance problem and many facilities.

Placements: They are providing excellent placements for all the courses. I think 70% alumni take the placement. There are many companies like Accenture, Vivo, etc. visited for the placement. Personally, I have not attended the placement because I opted for higher studies, so I don't know much more about the college placement. However, I have heard that minimum monthly income which they give is Rs. 20,000 per month and maximum is Rs. 70,000 per month in the field of B.Com Hons.

This college is good for studies but not for accommodation facility.

Placements: Placements for B.Com(Hons) would not conduct regularly. Students are selected based on the interview, and they should above 60% in academics. They have to present resumes in front of the person who arrives for the interview session. Students have to fill the resume with all their details regarding courses and achievements.

Galgotias University is known for its best results in all over the INDIA. It is one of the best university I have ever had, considering the students overall development, also the infrastructure is not less than a mall. Actually coming to Galgotias was not actually my dream but fate brought me there but after my 3 years of graduation I was so satisfied with the college in every aspect.
