Yes, Galgotias University inducts candidates for the majority of its courses based on marks in the qualifying examinations. For admission to the UG programmes across various specialisations at Galgotias University candidates will get selected based on their marks in class 12 as the qualifying examination for UG courses is class 12. Hence, candidates seeking admission to the UG courses at Galgotias University must have valid marks in class 12.

For admission to BTech and BA LLB, candidates are also selected based on their scores in JEE-Main and CLAT, respectively. Hi, myself Bhoomi, and I am enjoying my college life.
Placements: 70% of students get placement. The lowest package is 1.6 Lacs, the average is 5 Lacs, and the highest package was 1.5 crore. Top recruiters included Microsoft, Amazon, American Express, Commvault, and many other renowned companies. 50% get internships in the medical, business, and engineering courses. Software development, government and corporate roles, as well as research and academia, were the top roles that students got.
Infrastructure: All classrooms are good and average. There are also classrooms with four big computer screens attached to the four walls to teach the students with round tables. Wi-Fi is available in some classrooms and floors. The hostel is also good, and there is a gym. The cafeteria is huge, and every single thing is available in the cafeteria. The food is average. Medical facilities are good. There is a sports arena where the cricket ground and basketball court are in separate fields.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is also good, and they communicate well with the respective students. The course curriculum is almost the same as other colleges. There are some classes and subjects to teach students good communication skills and industry knowledge. Semester exams are moderate, with both easy and difficult questions.
Other: I chose the course because I want to become an engineer and earn for myself and my family. I want to build the skills required for the industry. Events are awesome, and the campus crowd is huge. Extracurricular activities are also available, such as sports, singing, dancing, etc.

Best life for Bachelors.
Placements: Approximately 70 to 75% of students got placed in the university. The minimum package is 2 LPA, with higher packages of 18, 20, or even 30 LPA. Various companies come for recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, and many start-up-based firms. Almost every deserving candidate got an internship here; around 95% of students secured internships.
Infrastructure: All types of facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, an auditorium, and a ground are provided. In the hostel, there are various canteens, and medical facilities are also provided in the university and the hostel too. You can pursue your sports career from here, and the hostel food is really good.
Faculty: Teachers are very cooperative, with a good mindset to encourage students for their future and well-being. Semester exams are as hard as your preparation; if you prepare well, they will feel easy. At least 90% of students pass the semester exams, and teachers are very helpful for your courses.

This university is not good for management students .
Placements: Placement is not good for our batches. 10% of students have been placed this year. Small-cap companies are invited. There is not one student who gets an internship by the university; there is no top role offered by the college; only Salem Company are offering placements.
Infrastructure: It is normal. Universities have developed cafes. A big playground. The network is very bad, and we face many types of problems that are related to the network. There are many types of clubs that are successfully run at the university. So you have any type of talent on your platform.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good; they know how to teach. And there are some faculty members whose behavior is not good. The passing percentage is 33 and the results will be updated soon after the semester-end examination. No students are satisfied with this .
Other: The university has nothing good to share.

B.Tech at Galgotias University.
Placements: I was enrolled in B.Tech CSE (core) in the year 2023. At that time, there were 60 sections of B.Tech in the university, and each section consisted of a minimum of 55 students, making it clear that the crowd is immense here. This results in huge competition for good package placements on campus at the university. Many highly reputed companies come here every year with very high packages. So, if you have the potential to stand out from the crowd, then you are welcome at Galgotias University. If not, then 2-5 lakh packages are waiting for you (with decent academics).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty decent. There are a total of 4 operation blocks right now, and another one is about to go into operation from this year onwards. The classroom ACs and lab computers are a matter of issue sometimes, but otherwise, it's fine. The boys' hostel is situated on the campus itself, but the girls' hostel is located at Galgotias College. I've been living outside the college hostel, so as far as I've heard, the food is terrible at the college hostel. Otherwise, the facilities are average, and security is very high, but it costs a huge amount.
Faculty: The faculty are highly educated, mostly from IITs and other reputed institutions. But being college students, we rely mostly on self-study. The course is very easily designed and doesn't require much effort, so you can catch up with other courses very effectively if you want. There are Mid Terms, End Terms, and Internal Assessments.
Other: Being a private institute, Galgotias has a very easy curriculum and exam pattern (mostly the questions are repeated as they are), so most students pass with high grades. They also try their best to ensure that most students get placed.

Galgotias University is good if you are not able to crack good government colleges.
Placements: Galgotias University provides average placement for all tech courses, but for MCA, they offer a low placement rate and also low CTC. There is no internship scene, and internships are rare. They do not provide a good CPD department, especially apart from B.Tech.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and the subjects are also good according to the semesters for MCA, but some of the faculty members lack the talent to teach. Otherwise, many faculty members are good, and they give their best. Wi-Fi is available on the campus, and the canteen is quite good. The library is also Wi-Fi enabled.
Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified, and most of them are Ph.D. holders from IITs or NITs. Some of them are very good; they try to give their best, but some are awful; they just read the PDFs. The course curriculum does not make you industry-ready, that’s for sure, and the pass percentage is good.

Placements: Students have to find a hospital on their own and do their internship. The college will not provide you with internships or placements. All you have to do is do your own. Only a few students who are good in academics have gotten their placements in the hospital; others will not.
Infrastructure: The college has good and nice-looking infrastructure but they have a very bad Wi-Fi network. Most of the time, the mobile network was not available. There were no empty classrooms. They give classes on Sunday as well and at any time they take classes.
Faculty: 1 semester has to be completed in 6 months, but they will end the semester only in 3 months. Sometimes the course was not completed completely. They just teach the students, whether they understand or not. They don't care. All you have to do is do it on your own; they only send you ppts sometimes; they do not .
