Absolutely satisfied because of faculty.
Placements: Some top recruiters include Tata Power, Springs Computing, JET Airways, Genpact, and Supertek Limited. B.A. Hons in Political Science with a medium salary of INR 4.068-5 LPA. Other opportunities such as public relations, international relations, UPSC, and so on.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good and infrastructure is similar to other DU colleges. The library has 25 computers with internet access and has over 74,000 books as well as 92 journals and periodicals. Canteen food is budget-friendly. Currently, there is no hostel facility in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in nature; it’s easy to understand the topic they teach because they teach in a very easy way. They are almost friendly in nature. Semester exams are easy if your preparation is good, but it becomes a burden on you if you don't go through any topic, so prepare accordingly.
Other: I chose Political Science because of my interest, and it's also helpful for me in my UPSC preparation. Fests occur on campus, and the crowd is generally good. If you want to do extracurricular activities, then definitely you should join the different societies, which help you explore yourself.

Great college, nature-friendly campus, and intellectual teaching faculty.
Placements: All over, it's decent. Especially in the Department of Computer Science. If you are diligent enough, surely you will get plenty of good opportunities. The placement percentage is around 67%. The top companies are Uber, etc. So go ahead and try it once; you will surely not be disappointed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, it's among one of the best campuses of DU. The library has three floors, the washrooms' facility is great, the hygiene there is good, we have a common room, a gym, basketball, badminton, and football courts, a huge garden, and a juice shop. So it has everything you need.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is experienced, and all are humble enough. Most of them have a Ph.D. in their area. Exams are moderate and relevant enough for the students. The passing percentage is 40%. Other than the theory part, there are additional CA and IA that you have to focus on.
Other: I chose B.A. Hons in English. It is definitely worth it. I always wanted to have a Ph.D. in English, and this college is a great start for it.

Totally dissatisfied because of placement, faculty members were not that much corporate.
Placements: In my batch, there were a total of around 130 students, and none of them were placed in any company. The college was providing internship details, and if you want to do one, you can go through the procedure. But there were no on-campus placements. Most of the students opted for further studies like MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average compared to other Delhi University colleges. It has a very small campus. Only in the canteen, you can get a Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms are average with no air conditioning. There were no hostel facilities. You have to seek a flat or PG.
Faculty: Teachers mainly focused on the theory part rather than the practical. Teaching was not that much sufficient for industry readiness. The semester exams were not that difficult. Most of the questions were from the class notes. A student who takes her class on a daily basis can secure a high CGPA.
Other: I have a keen interest in coding and want to explore this field. If the college focuses on the practical part, they would do really well. Annually, fests are held by the college for four days. The campus crowd is not that much.

Not much cool about placements but, yes, very well in its infrastructure and teaching staff.
Placements: Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College offers mostly B.A. courses, and I don't think B.A. students apply for companies. The second reason behind low placements in college is the lower practical labs and research work, except academics teaching, journalism, publishing, etc. Mostly offered in our courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. Firstly, our auditorium, i.e., Rajiv Gandhi Auditorium, is fully air-conditioned with a capacity of seats over 1200. Its library condition is very good as it contains nearly 80,000 books, 100 journals, and 13-15 newspapers of different publishers in both Hindi and English. The college provides us with free Wi-Fi, medical facilities including pads for girls, and canteen facilities, which are also very good. But there is no hostel facility.
Faculty: College teachers are very cooperative with students, and their teaching quality is quite appreciable. They make the subject interesting to students, and they also make us ready to face problems in our daily life, not only exams and academics. Semester exams are moderate to difficult, but questions are very interesting, and we tackle that easily if we understand the paper properly. In the last semester, the college got the highest percentage of 94-95 CGPA, and the passing percentage was above 90%.
Other: I like my course because, as Hindi literature, it connects us with life the most, and my professor explains all the things very deeply. I think in all colleges of DU, the pressure of internal marks like class assessments, tests, presentations, assignments, and projects should be decreased.

Absolutely average college because of not good placements, but its infrastructure is average.
Placements: I am from batch 2024-25. Till now, we don't have any clue about how much placement is there for this course, but I must say that this college faculty and teachers are very helpful. It's amazing to study there. This college offers many courses, and some companies come for internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. The library, computer lab, etc., facilities are there in every department. There is a demerit that this college doesn't provide hostel facilities. It should give the hostel facilities. The placement cell is also not good, but the canteen is great.
Faculty: The passing criteria are 55%, and the attendance percentage is 66%. The semester exams are not so hard to pass. If you can study well, then you can pass the semester exams easily. The teachers are qualified and experienced. The quality of teaching is, no doubt, good at all.

Absolutely not so satisfied with faculty. Placement is near to zero.
Placements: There is very little possibility that you will get any good placement, but yes, you can do an internship, but it all depends on how good you are. This college does not give that much support in placement. No good brand value company comes. And you cannot only rely on the college to get a good package just by getting some good value degrees.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is small but very well maintained in the outer area. Labs are okay, classrooms are not well cleaned, and canteen food taste is okay. The library is very old. You can never find any new book, and mobile data does not work there. They support NCC.
Faculty: The faculty is okay, but not so good at teaching! Teachers are supportive and helpful, yet teachers' first work is to teach their subject very well, in which many teachers do not stand. The attendance rule is very strict; you need to have 60% above and 85% above to get full marks internally.
Other: Small events take place sometimes, but to explore more with other colleges and students, the students have to do it all by themselves. There are a lot of quotas and scholarships for ST/SC and OBC. The general again has to suffer, and the crowd is below average, not so supportive, and there is no healthy environment.
