Placements: While considering placements, GITAM acts as a popular brand. If terms were good, it would guarantee you with maximum probability, but during my time, it has downfall due to the situations like US election polls, Brexit etc. I don't have a good guess about the current situation in GITAM. I have got placed in Tech M, though I didn't receive my call letter yet (it's been 1 year that I have got placed) I don't want to blame Gitam because it's not a responsibility of our college to check whether we g...

Placements: The College has good placements. Maximum placements are prior to non-core branches than core branches. Every year, nearly 60 to 65% percent of students will be placed. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 3.5 LPA. Many of the roles that are offered to the students are non-core roles.

Placements: Only 3 to 4 software companies arrived here, the remaining were BPO companies. 40 companies came to the college. The TNP cell in Gitam is useless, and the arrival of the company is reported before night. The faculty are good, friendly and knowledgeable. The highest package offered is 10 lacs by VM Ware, and the lowest package offered is 2.4 lacs by Genpact.

Placements: On the campus, the placements are good. On an average, 4.5 lacs per annum is the package offered to the students who were placed in the last year. Many companies visit our campus. The faculty will support for this, so we should also support. Depending on our performance and capability, we will be placed. Every year, on the campus, 80% of the students will be placed.

Placements: The placements are low. The placement percentage is on the lower side, maybe, due to the slump in the job market. Even during my course, the internships which were bundled with a pre-placement offer were not giving job offers due to silly reasons. The companies in the global logistics and supply chain management specialisation were few, but whichever companies came to the companies gave a good offer. The international companies and jobs are not offered, with or without work experience.

Placements: They were fine, not everybody gets placed in gitam. They aren't major companies that come to gitam, 80% of thr companies only offer 3 Lacs packages. And there's no guarantee you will have your job, they might take you out whenever they want. So its like being on the bench, and once you get placed in one company you cannot sit for another. Mass recruiting is cool enough to publicize about the college, but I don't think its helpful for students, as they might lose their jobs any minute.

Placements: There are no core companies for mechanical engineering students. All we got was CSE based companies and few companies such can Reissue themselves to mechanical. I guess the base salary was 2.5 LPA, and the highest salary was 11 LPA. There a training and placement cell in the college which is quite good as they look after you very well regarding placements.

Placements: Had provided no branch based placements to us or even to B.Tech students. Only software companies are show to them and even to us (where we are doing specialisation in structural engineering). Finally projects done by us are faculty Ph.D. projects. Not even a single project is new or not even contemperory.

Placements: Almost all the companies which came for placement were IT companies. It was very disappointing. We were told a lot of things during admission which were not at all fulfilled. The administration isn't bothered about core companies. Many times we had asked the director to look through this but all went in vain.

Placements: 85% students were placed. Salary offered from 15k to 25k. Different companies visited our campus like Shantha Biotech, Laila Neutraciticles etc. Jobs offered for R&D department and Q&C and taken bond for 2 to 3 years. 75% of students got internship from college and stipend given was 10k per month.

Placements: The placements are a joke here regarding our branch other than that everything is cool is here. Mostly the way they take classes and organise classes in the college is epic. One must experience that in the college cant be expressed in words, and everything flies here as nothing has happened.

Placements: The placements are good. Most of them will be in software, though mechanical company came this year it took around 25 people of all the sections. Overall, there will be continues placements if it gets started. Some companies recruited this year is more than the previous year. Every one should attend internship.

Placements: The companies that visit the campus for placements are just okay. Previously, most of the companies used to visit the campus, but now, the count of companies visiting the campus is gradually decreasing. Most of the companies offer a salary package of around 3 to 4 lacs per annum. Only one or two companies offer a salary package of more than 5 LPA, but CGPA of a student should be more than 9, and they hire only one or two students, and not more than 5. Placements: The placements are quite good for top students, but for average students, there is very high competition, and compared to last year it was poor. Moreover, there are no core companies this year. Most of them are BPOs and business analyst jobs. CSE people have more placements than other branches, but for 2018 batch, they don't have many choices for placements.

Placements: The placements here are very good. If the students perform well, on an average, they will get definite placements. The placement and training cell is very dedicated and trains you very well. Gitam has a track record of placing the maximum students in a good company.

Placements: The placements were amazing. We had Deloitte, Sirius, Accenture, Oracle, TCS, Microsoft, MuSigma, Fiat, and many other reputed companies this year. More than half the batch of students are placed. The packages offered are excellent, and the placement cell coordinated the event amazingly.

Placements: I think we have low placement percentage. It is difficult to get placed. Companies are not showing interest in our college due to lack skills in students, maybe 30% of the students are getting placed. The highest salary holding is 10 Lacs per annum. Tech Mahindra, Mitushubhusi, etc., are some companies that visited our campus.

Placements: The placements are good enough. Almost everyone without backlogs got placed. Offers from 15 LPA to 3 lpa are given. If you are looking for a secure job, then you can pick this college. The average package could be 4lpa. We don't get any internships from the college, we have to apply on our own.

Placements: The placements are very good, and in this college, we get placements around 68%. A lot of companies comes from Google and Apple too. Some other companies like Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Tata and Indian Navy also comes here for placements. Some companies have come around to give placements for 78% to 68% of the students.

Placements: For our batch, placements are good in IT field. There are only a few placements in the core field, and it is the same with the juniors also. There are only placements in the software sector and less number of placements in core sector. If you are planning to join in the core branch, think twice.
