GJUST MA Eligibility & Highlights 2023
MA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. GJUST offers MA in four specialisations at the PG level. After completing graduation, candidates can apply for the MA course. The selection to the MA course is based on the entrance test conducted by GJUST.
Additionally, Directorate of Distance Education, GJU offers MA in two specialisations, namely Mass Communication and English for a duration of two years. The university also offers lateral entry to MA Mass Communication in distance education mode. Candidates need to complete bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (pass marks for SC candidates of Haryana) to apply for MA. For lateral entry, aspirants must complete PG Diploma in Journalism/ Communication/ Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Public Relations/ Media Writing after graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognised university or one-year full-time Diploma in Social Communication Media from Garware Institute of Career Education and Development.
