GJUST BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. The university offers BTech in 11 specialisations and four specialisations in Hindi medium through its seven affiliated colleges. Some of the course specialisations are Computer Science & Engineering, Food Technology, Printing Technology, etc.
The university also provides lateral entry to BTech courses. Candidates after completing Class 12 can apply for any of the BTech courses.
