Goa University conducts a Common Law Admission Test (GU-CLAT) for admission to BA LLB programme. Besides, candidates must also Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST and 42% aggregate for OBC) for BA LLB admission. The university releases a merit list based on HSc and GU-CLAT

Candidates need to pass one-year master's degree after a four-year bachelor's degree or a two year master's degree after a three-year bachelor's degree with at least 55% aggregate or its equivalent grade to apply for PhD course at Goa Unievrsity. There is a 5% relaxation in the aggregate for SC/ ST/
