Placements: Almost 90-95 percent of students got selected in the job recruiting process. The highest package of my college is 84.88 LPA, and typically, I must say there is no lowest package at all. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, Accenture, and many more.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good. There is quite good Wi-Fi speed available throughout the college campus. Classrooms are well maintained with smart boards and ACs fitted in them. The library is quite spacious, and the seats are comfortable. There is a large number of books present in it.

Faculty: The faculty is well-qualified, with many of them holding Ph.D. degrees. The method of their teaching is very good, and topics are well explained. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. They also take extra classes for placement.

Other: My college is famous for its fest, known as Grafest. Last year, they called Badshah, Mohit Chauhan, DJ Chates, and many more.

Decent Placements but Average Faculty, Outdated Facilities, and Mediocre Campus Life.

Placements: Concerning the placement percentage, uh, like most I resume, around 80% or 90%, I am not certain. Some outrageous figure. Two crores or something around there. And the lowest? Eh, most probably terrible as well. Average? Somewhere between, I mean, 15? 40 LPA or something. You should know the same post companies: Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and whatnot. Internships? I think most people got them or rather are in similar companies but don’t ask me the specifics, it’s pretty hazy to me.

Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi that functions occasionally, several laboratories that are filled with outdated devices, and rooms that are just standard lecture rooms. There is a library as well, in case you like to browse through books. I am not picky I suppose. The size of rooms is indeed compact, and at times, water is not available. Let me put it this way: you will eat but it’s not what the stars rate. The canteen food is a bit uppish too if you’re lucky. Medical facilities? I’m sure they are available if you really get sick. There are some games but nothing great.

Faculty: They seem to have their head in the game but not all are very helpful. Some do come in, do some talking, and just walk away. Will surely have a look, but there are portions that do seem irrelevant and excessive amounts of theories. Sort of, only because it is likely that you will gather a lot more during your internships or the job itself. Tough. They tend to be difficult, but with enough studying, a student can deal with them. Most people pass, but it isn’t as though the authorities make it easy for the students to pass.

Other: I chose this course because it aligns with my interests and offers great career prospects. The campus has vibrant events, exciting fests, and an energetic crowd. Connectivity is excellent, and the surroundings are peaceful. Scholarships and extracurricular activities provide great support for overall development. Best things? Maybe the degree and placements. Labs are fine, but nothing too exciting. Fests are crowded, the crowd’s okay, and the connectivity isn’t bad. Campus surroundings? Pretty average. Scholarships exist, but good luck with those. Extracurricular.

Graphic Era: Is it a good choice?

Placements: I am from 2023-2027 batch of Graphic Era Hill University and currently pursuing B.Tech CSE. In this batch, they have around 3-4k students. The highest package of 2023 was 40-50 Lacs but that was an off-campus placement. The on-campus placement package offered was around 20-25 lacs per annum. Top recruiters are Adobe, Atlassian, Paypal, TCS and many others.

Infrastructure: The quality of classrooms and campus did not meet the standards of the fee charged. There is a Wi-Fi facility available, but it never gets connected. The classrooms don’t have any AC or cooler. They also don't have a proper ground for sports. They also have hostels which are too pricy. They charge around 1.5. lacs for the hostel per year, so I suggest you to find a PG or rent a room.

Faculty: The faculty is great no doubt. They are very good with their subjects and have amazing teaching quality. As far as the semester exams are concerned, it is well designed by the faculty but the papers were designed by another Graphic Era's Campuses like Graphic Era Bhimtal and Haldwani. Passing percentage of students is good.

Other: I have always been interested in the techie field, so I chose this course of my interest. There are a lot of events and fest happening in my college all the time. You will never get bored, that’s for sure. If you secured a good percentage in PCM, only then you can avail the benefits of scholarship. They also consider JEE Mains percentile and CUET percentile.

All the facilities in the university are very good.

Placements: The CGPA of students must be more than 7 to sit in the placement given by our university. The lowest package given in our course is 400,000, and the highest package is 8,400,000. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, Facebook, and Google. An average of 10% of students got internships because the internship process is very hard, so the students face difficulties in getting internships.

Infrastructure: The university infrastructure is very great. The professors of the university are very helpful; they provide us all facilities to understand things. We have classrooms with a strength of 80 students, and in the class, they provide projectors, whiteboards, slides, and a digital board. The food in the hostel is very decent. There is a menu given, and according to that, the mess food will be provided.

Faculty: The professors in our university are very experienced. Their teaching quality is very good; they improve us. The course curriculum provides all the facilities to get placement in higher companies and greater packages. The semester exams in college might be tough for some; for that, the students need to do more to gain knowledge.

Other: I opted for this course because I have more curiosity about technology. There are many things in college which are good, like the staff, library, and many clubs. There are many events that occur in the university. There are two big events conducted which we call Grafest, which occur every six months.

Placements: Graphic Era Hill University gives good opportunities to the students. All the campuses come under the main deemed university for placement, but because of this reason, there is a little bit more crowd on campus during placement time, and there are over 70 companies that come for placement.

Infrastructure: In Graphic Era Hill University, they provide good infrastructure. There are proper labs, a neat and clean auditorium, and all labs contain well-maintained computers. The campus has good furniture. Overall, the campus is good. Talking about the hostel, the hostel is pretty average, and the food is also pretty average compared to the amount we are paying for our hostel.

Faculty: In Graphic Era Hill University, all faculty members are good in teaching. All the faculty members are well-qualified from renowned institutions, and even the chairman of Graphic Era Hill University, Dr. Kamal Ghanshala, himself attends classes for better interaction with students of the university.

Placements: Placement record of 2024 pass out batch are the worst in the history of the college if we compare to the previous years only limited students are able to give exams of the companies students enrolled to getting placed is very less but. Chla plays an important role in getting placement opportunity.

Infrastructure: Classroom sizes were small and the students in one section are very much due to lack of faculty two section were combined Labs were good and recently AC was also installed and overall the class infrastructure was decent There are 2 canteen in the campus.

Faculty: Semester exams were easy to give a student can study 2-3 days before the exam and can easily pass the exam. Mid term exams are also and lab practical are also conducted. The level of the practical is decent and students have to study hard to pass the practical exams.
