Placements: To be admitted to the Master of Computer Application (MCA) course at Graphic Era Hill University, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 50% in graduation. The highest package offered is 49 LPA, while the average package is around 6-7 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3.5 LPA. The placement team is experienced, with over 20 years of experience. Companies like Amazon, Google, PayPal, Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, TCS, and Infosys visit the campus for recruitment.

Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi, labs, fully air-conditioned classrooms, a library, a canteen, and good faculty. Good quality food is served in the canteen, and the hostel rooms are excellent. Our college provides many sports facilities like a football field, a cricket pitch, a volleyball court, a basketball court, and a badminton court.

Faculty: So, the overall experience is good. The faculty are well-qualified, and their method of teaching is good and easily understandable. The semester exams at Graphic Era Hill University are not very difficult. Mid-semester exams require a score of 18 out of 50, while end-semester exams require a minimum of 30% in theory and 40% in practical.

Other: Graphic Era Hill University offers a comprehensive curriculum over a large number of degree programs in engineering, law, management, computer applications, humanities, applied sciences, animation, fashion designing, and journalism and mass communication.

Everything is good. Just the concern is, it's a little crowded.

Placements: About 70 percent of students are placed from my course. The lowest package is 3.25 LPA, the highest is 67 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are DE Shaw, Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, Zscaler, etc. 20 percent of students got internships in companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Top roles are Software Engineer Trainee, Data Analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities available are: Hostels with good furnished rooms and mess with all facilities like geyser, Wi-Fi, etc. Labs are available for different departments. Wi-Fi is available across the whole campus. Food available is good here. They provide food four times a day. The food in the canteen is average. An ambulance is available with a small clinic and medical. There is also an ATM on campus.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and helpful. They have good knowledge about things. This course is curriculum-ready. It teaches real-time knowledge. Semester exams are average. About 70 percent of students pass the exam. Although after giving the back exam, almost everybody passes.

Other: I chose this course because someone recommended this college as it has a 56th rank.

Graphic Era: Is it a good choice?

Placements: I am from 2023-2027 batch of Graphic Era Hill University and currently pursuing B.Tech CSE. In this batch, they have around 3-4k students. The highest package of 2023 was 40-50 Lacs but that was an off-campus placement. The on-campus placement package offered was around 20-25 lacs per annum. Top recruiters are Adobe, Atlassian, Paypal, TCS and many others.

Infrastructure: The quality of classrooms and campus did not meet the standards of the fee charged. There is a Wi-Fi facility available, but it never gets connected. The classrooms don’t have any AC or cooler. They also don't have a proper ground for sports. They also have hostels which are too pricy. They charge around 1.5. lacs for the hostel per year, so I suggest you to find a PG or rent a room.

Faculty: The faculty is great no doubt. They are very good with their subjects and have amazing teaching quality. As far as the semester exams are concerned, it is well designed by the faculty but the papers were designed by another Graphic Era's Campuses like Graphic Era Bhimtal and Haldwani. Passing percentage of students is good.

Other: I have always been interested in the techie field, so I chose this course of my interest. There are a lot of events and fest happening in my college all the time. You will never get bored, that’s for sure. If you secured a good percentage in PCM, only then you can avail the benefits of scholarship. They also consider JEE Mains percentile and CUET percentile.

A review on the quality and facilities provided by GEHU for pursuing the BBA course.

Placements: 60%+ students get placed every year. The highest package available for BBA is 5 lakh/year and the lowest package is 2.5 to 3 Lacs/year. Top recruiting companies are CMR Green Technologies Ltd, Deloitte, and many more. Roles include financial intern, HR intern, marketing associate, and others.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for all courses in the School of Management department at GEHU are good. The Wi-Fi is good. The labs are well arranged, and there is a MacBook lab as well. Classrooms, desks, and seating areas are well arranged so students can sit and study with full focus.

Faculty: The teachers of the course were very helpful as they helped the students in their academic development, self-development, personality development, and many more. Most of the teachers were highly educated, holding Ph.D. degrees. Yes, this course is curriculum relevant. Yes, it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not so easy and not so hard. The pass percentage is more than 80%.

Other: The reason I chose this course was to explore the depth in the business world and to learn about the opportunities and threats in the business world. The best things about the course are that it provides you with the knowledge to be an entrepreneur, businessman, corporate worker, and more. One thing that could have been better about the course is if the college provided more focus on industrial trips, at least twice a month.

Placements: Our college offers good placement for students who are pursuing B.Sc. in Animation and Gaming. Top companies like Google, Wipro, and Disney Studios, etc., visit our campus to pick the best students and freshers for a wider workflow. From our course, approximately 95% of students are placed, and the rest are also placed within the university. They offer jobs related to VFX design, video editing, and animating characters.

Infrastructure: The college provides us with good infrastructure and well-ventilated classrooms with projectors for a deeper understanding of the concepts. The furniture is also well-maintained and user-friendly. Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the department. Labs are well-maintained and provide high-end computer systems for smooth and fast workflow. Labs are also equipped with Mac systems for smoother work.

Faculty: The teachers are very good in terms of behavior, and they have good knowledge about their subjects. The way of their teaching is perfect. All the semester exams are perfect, as teachers help us to write the important questions, and the exam pattern is the same as what teachers tell us.

Other: I chose this course because I have a high interest in VFX and game design, and apart from this, I am passionate about video editing and video shooting. Everything is fine on the college campus, but in my opinion, the cafeteria space should be bigger so that the crowd can have their place easily. Our college offers scholarships for average students as well, and all the events and fests that happen in college are worth attending as they invite many passionate singers and knowledgeable artists.

Graphic era hill university review.

Placements: Placement record of 2024 pass out batch are the worst in the history of the college if we compare to the previous years only limited students are able to give exams of the companies students enrolled to getting placed is very less but. Chla plays an important role in getting placement opportunity.

Infrastructure: Classroom sizes were small and the students in one section are very much due to lack of faculty two section were combined Labs were good and recently AC was also installed and overall the class infrastructure was decent There are 2 canteen in the campus.

Faculty: Semester exams were easy to give a student can study 2-3 days before the exam and can easily pass the exam. Mid term exams are also and lab practical are also conducted. The level of the practical is decent and students have to study hard to pass the practical exams.
