Decent college if you want to join for B.Tech, BCA etc. Placements are also good enough.

Placements: The placement companies which were there for our placements were BPO's. The company of TCS was also present in recruitment. I also got placed in BPO, which was in Dehradun. In recruitment, 2 to 3 students were also placed in TCS. Overall, I would say you would get placed, but you should have decent soft skills.

The college is the best for the life and career of the student.

Placements: The placement department in the college is good. They organise PDP classes for the students every year that help to make our communication skills better. The companies like Infosys and Wipro places the students in a huge amount. This is a good place for learning and exploring. Most of the companies visit the campus for the placement.

Amazing infrastructure and the faculty members are knowledgeable.

Placements: Only BPO and call centre companies give placements to the honours students though there are a lot more companies for other courses like B.Tech, B.Com, BCA and B.Sc. So if you think B.Sc (h) from this college will provide you placement in good companies then change your mind if you want placement in Wipro, Infosys, etc. choose some other courses.

Full of fun and the knowledge is provided in many ways.

Placements: The Graphic Era university provides very good placement opportunities for the students, who aspire for the jobs. Most of the companies visit our college every year to recruit the employees, and at high salary packages. In the last year, the placement was at least 70%, and in the coming years, I hope it increases.

The college has the bad placements and the unprofessional faculty members.

Placements: The placement facility in Graphic Era Hill University was not properly organised. There are only 4-5 companies came for the placement for the BCA course in which only 12-13 students got placed out of 134(approx), which is bad. The highest salary package offered was around 4.2 LPA, and the average salary package was 2.3 LPA, which is bad. There is no internship present for the BCA course. There was a placement cell, but it of no use as they only focus on the B.Tech students.

Faculty, infrastructure, placement, canteen, all are well, good and beneficial for students.

Placements: Placement of graphics era is great. It is the number one college in Uttarakhand. There is a placement cell on the campus. Mostly 80% of our senior BCA batch got placed in good positions. Many famous companies like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro etc. visited every year. 70% of students get the internship offer from the college.

Not worth the money, and the standard of study is very low

Placements: Total guys placed from our branch were only 4 out of 127 students. Especially in civil engineering, placements is the thing you can't expect very much with Graphic Era. People did get placed from other branches with 70% placements but civil and mechanical are the branches, where Graphic Era can't place you.

Placements: The placements are good. I got to know from my seniors that most of the students got placed in big companies. Approximately 80% students got placement from the university. The highest salary offered is up to 8 to 10 lakhs and the minimum is up to 2 lakhs. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Tata, etc. came for the placements.

Placements: There are much placement opportunities offered by this college. There are 500 senior students in my college, and about 400 students have been placed in the companies like Ashok Leyland, Maruti Nexa and Hyundai automobiles. From the year 2015, the placement in Graphic era hill university has been increased. If u want the placement with the better career, please choose Graphic era hill university.

Graphic Era Hill University is the best university in Uttarakhand.

Placements: The college has the best placement around Uttarakhand, and people all around Uttarakhand came here just for the placement. More than 70% of people got successful for the placement. The companies like Wipro, TCS, Microsoft, Infosys, and many other come every year to pick some students from the university. The student will definitely be selected if he or she is talented. These companies offer a very good package to the students.

The highest salary was I think 4 lakhs per annum and the lowest was approximately 2 lakhs per annum. Placements: Every year many companies visit our college for the campus placement. The top recruiters for our college are Wipro, Infosys, Concentrix, Sapient, Omics International, Capgemini, etc. The offered package to the students from our college is about 2.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs. From our senior batch, college is providing internship for every student.

Placements: Every year, placement drives take place for CS-IT students for reputed companies like Infosys, Wipro and Deloitte. A good number of students get placed after rigorous rounds of written tests, technical interviews and HR interviews (depending on the company). Students get hired for an annual package of 4.5-5 lacs per annum on an average (depends on the company).

Placements: GEHU has tie-ups with multiple companies including Sapient, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture and many others. Infosys and Wipro are the companies to which most of the students are placed. Last year, over 50 students were placed in these two companies. The package that the students get depends on the companies but the average is about 3 to 4 lakhs.

If you want to stay in Uttarakhand and pursue B.Tech, then this college is good.

Placements: Well at least for my branch that is computer science and engineering, placements are good. Reputed companies are here every year like Infosys and Wipro. The good part is that even our director pays attention towards us and he teaches us from 2nd year and that is pretty cool. Packages vary from 4.5-10 lakhs depending upon your knowledge and capabilities. There is no such thing like ragging over here and basically, nobody does it.

Placements: Placements are good for CS and IT engineering. For mechanical engineering, it is not that good. Only 3 companies of core mechanical visited for placements. 25+ students got the job out of 200+ mechanical students, others got placed in IT companies. The salary offered by mechanical companies ranges between 12k to 16k pm, but for IT, it was 25K+ pm. The roles offered were of design engineer, GET, project engineer, etc.
