M.Sc. in Microbiology - Batch of 2020

Teachers and staff are very good, education is very good, and the laboratory facilities are good.
Placements: From 5 semester students are eligible for placements. Name of the companies visited; Zoho, Texas, Deloitte, Caterpillar, Wipro, Asian Paint, TCS, Amazon, Google, Accenture, and many companies. The highest package company is Texas Instruments; it gives high packages. This year also many students placed in Texas company. The percentage of students getting placements is 97 percentage. I plan after getting the degree to go for a good job.
Infrastructure: The overall experience is very good. The college campus is safe and friendly and easy to go from one class to another because the campus is small. The range of availability of books and journals is 10 on 10 because our library has all the books available for all the courses that we needed. In terms of extracurricular activities and sports, they always encourage us to participate in the sports activities or something like that. On an everyday basis, there are activities held on the ground, and that is what I like the most.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is very high. Many faculties and students are like friends. If students have any problem in family or personal issues, faculty try to solve them. Faculty speak to students freely. I like Saranya Ma'am in the I&CE department. She is my class tutor and also Operating Systems ma'am. She is very polite, and taking classes with her is very nice. She speaks to students in a friendly manner and gives more advice and life guidance. The best faculty in our department is all great. No one is disliked; all faculty members are very perfect, and everyone gives good things for students.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Batch of 2022
4.2
4Placements3Infrastructure5Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
The best college in Jaipur for girls.
Placements: College placements in BCA courses were above average, and the college was helping students prepare for the interview by not only focusing on the core subject but also on personality development and grooming. The university is focused on academics so that the students are well trained in the subjects they have chosen and will perform best in the placements.
Infrastructure: The lab, classrooms, library, and other infrastructure were well maintained. You will find all the facilities that are related to your course. Labs are well-equipped, air-conditioned, and have a lot of space that can accommodate 5+ students. I did not opt for a college hostel, but according to other students, it was average, not good.
Faculty: The faculty were excellent and focused on each and every student. The teaching quality was excellent too. The course was designed for the students to get ready for the industry. The faculty were very helpful and are always available for your queries, whether they are related to studies or any personal problem. Semester examinations were not difficult, but overall, college was a bit strict.
Other: Campus is not that big, but college life is good. Different cultural activities and festivals happen all the time. The college not only focuses on the subject but also the curriculum. It was compulsory to choose an elective that will be different from your course, plus you have to choose from sports, NSS, NCC, or cultural activities. Different clubs are there too, like theatre, dance, sports, Rotaract, and many others.

B.Sc. in Jewellery Design and Technology - Batch of 2026

Dissatisfied with infrastructure and social campus life but satisfied with faculty.
Placements: Initially, the college doesn't offer on-campus placements for our course, and I'm not very aware of the situation for others. However, we do have seniors who are head designers at their companies. Since our course is not very popular, the skills you gain can really help you reach new heights on your own.
Infrastructure: The campus is pretty small, with one lawn and one stage connected to it. There isn't an auditorium, just a couple of small halls that somewhat serve that purpose. The infrastructure is just fine—not too bad, but not particularly good either. The food is okay, with two canteens that serve decent meals.
Faculty: One of the highlights of the course is the teachers. They are very knowledgeable and supportive, helping us develop various skills. I believe jewelry design is a future-proof course, as it is likely to become an important profession in the coming years.
Other: If you’re looking for a vibrant, eventful campus life, this college may not meet your expectations. Events are typically held in the daytime, never in the evening or at night. It's an all-girls college, and due to the small campus, most students know each other. On a positive note, there are active committees, like the theatre group and Rotaract.

IIS (Deemed to be University) Jaipur.
Placements: In Jaipur, there are not many good IT companies; we all relocate to Noida or Bangalore for jobs. From big firms like Infosys, Accenture, IBM, and cognizant to start-up companies like Skylar, Dev Technologies is coming for the recruitment process. After selection, some companies do not receive offer letters or do not follow up. 60 to 70% of students from the 2021 batch got placed. Some companies offer internships, others offer full-time jobs, and some companies have a 6-month probationary period as an intern. Package CTC is 4-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is attractive, simple white buildings. Campus life is boring; they have many rules and regulations that we need to follow. It feels like school. Every classroom has basic to advanced facilities like the internet, projectors, and e-boards. The library consists of books for every field; there are different shelves for every department; magazines are also available in the library. College not have sports activities there is very few activities of sports. IISU has two hostels, Vasundhara and Anchal, which provide all essential facilities. The food quality is medium, and needs some betterment. The college has computer labs, an incubation centre, and canteens. Canteen food is tasty, but the price is high.
Faculty: There are two types of faculty: those who are well trained and best at teaching and those who struggle with teaching and are rude to students by hiding teaching skills. Every finger is not the same; all have strengths and weaknesses. Overall, faculty members are helpful and qualified. Courses have UI/UX design, programming language, algorithms, Python, and databases that are used in industries. But in addition, they need to add cyber security, AI, and neural learning-like future concepts. Semesters have many exams: class tests, midterms, and term-end exams. 10–10, 20 and 70 marks, respectively.
Other: COSMOS is an annual fest that is very famous and is celebrated on campus. Everyone is eagerly waiting for this event.

The best university for MBA students.
Placements: Placements at the university are excellent. Around 80 percent of the students in my batch were placed through on-campus placements. Top companies like Lenovo, TCS, etc., visit the university every year to recruit students. The highest package at the university is 18 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The campus of the university is very big. There are well-furnished classrooms, well-equipped labs, libraries, etc. The library is open 24*7 for hostel students. A medical facility is also available there. The rooms of the hostel are well-furnished, and they maintain proper neatness and hygiene there.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and qualified. Most of them have experience of 10 or more years of teaching. They teach us in the easiest manner. They always encourage us to participate in extracurricular activities and events. Semester exams are easy; almost everyone passes them easily.

Not good for Fashion designing students.
Placements: Placement record of university is average and specially for fashion designing course, it is very poor. Only 30 to 40 percent students of my batch were placed through university. The highest package of university is just 10 Lacs per annum and average is 2 to 3 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise university is much better. There are different -different blocks for each and every department. There is a big central library equipped with books of all departments. All the necessary and medical facilities are available there.
Faculty: Teachers of my department were average. They all have only textbook knowledge. They all are very strict in terms of attendance. They do not allow any students to appear in exams whose attendance is below 75 percent. Semester exams are not too difficult.
