Placements have been on par compared with its peers, but there is a scope for improvement.

Placements: Our batch was 2020, and our college attained almost 100% placements, which are dominated by IT and analytics sector followed by BFSI sector. Top roles offered by our college range from a product manager, sales and marketing associate, management consultant, investment banking analyst and business analyst. The differentiating factor is that our college offers trade roles as well, including commodity trader.

Satisfied with my experience in the college.

Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed. The highest domestic package offered was 27 LPA. The average package was above 18 LPA. If one has more than 80% aggregate in 10-12-graduation, then there's a very high probability to end up having a decent package in a decent company. Our placements had got over within 10-12 days. Students who had lower grades had faced challenges in getting placed, but everyone has got placed with a package of above 10 LPA.

The placements and the campus experience along with the crowd makes IIFT the place to be.

Placements: The placements at IIFT have been historically at par with even some Iims with the latest final placement at around 20 LPA with the highest package for trade roles at 1.5 crores. Trafigura, OLAM etc. Would some of the trade companies specifically coming to IIFT along with Goldman Sachs, JPMC, ITC, Godrej, Bajaj and Airtel being other notable mentions.

Good placements and wonderful college life.

Placements: College has a policy of not revealing placement related information to any outside source. But in terms of percentage, 100% of both the batches were placed in final as well as summer placements. The highest, the lowest and average salaries can be found in the placement report being published by the placement committee. Yes, we do have a placement cell and it is solely responsible for getting the students placed, hence making it the most important cell/committee in the college.

Good faculty, decent placements, infrastructure can improve.

Placements: The placement for summers for my batch as well as for senior batch was a 100%. The domains covered were mainly trade, marketing, finance, general management and operations. There is a placement committee made up of students and also a placement cell by the college which is efficient. Various FMCG companies visited the campus as well as the major finance companies.

It is an amazing B-School with finest professors. Infrastructure is bit lacking in terms of space but apart from that everything else is great. Placements are good. In top 10 B schools of India, it in the premium category. It specialises in international business.

The college is one of the top B-schools on the country and have given the industry some of the best intellects. Candidates here come from a variety of backgrounds. The college takes not only engineers and commerce candidates but also doctors chartered accountants etc. The college provides in-house placement cell which is a great platform for candidates to land in jobs right out of their MBA.

Infrastructure - Decent small but cosy campus in South Delhi. Faculty: Mixed (like any other institutions) some of the Marketing, Finance, Economics professors are really good Curriculum: General B-school curriculum in line with others. Trade and Economics courses can get repetitive. Offers Masters and not Diploma unlike IIMs and some other institutions Batch quality: A good mix of students in the batch in terms of demography, work experience and personality. Good learning experience for me Plac...
