Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placement is good and even better. The highest package for PG was 4.5 LPA last year, while the lowest was 3 LPA. Companies like Rasi Seeds, JK Seeds, IFFCO, and Mahindra recruit here. About 30-40% of students are only interested in internships, and most of them got them. Some also secured government jobs like AO and AFO.

The environment of study is very good.

Placements: The top companies visit with one year RAWE i.e Rural Agricultural Work Experience Program, where students can get proper work and rural experience. The companies select students not on the basis of their academic performance but based on performance in the interview.

It has a good track record and reputation, and it needs to save it.

Placements: The university used to have very good record in terms of both ranking and placements, but recently, in the past few years, there has been a decline in number of placements. In fact, the placement percentage is lesser than most average universities in India. It does not seem to get better until next few years.

Overall, the campus is good to build your career.

Placements: Around 50% of placements are provided in our university. Most private companies offer packages to campus between 4 to 6 lacs per annum. The internship rate is about 30%. After this course, students become eligible for various government posts as AO, AFO, DHO, RHO, REHO etc. Many other private opportunities are provided by these companies.

Our college is really good, and I am satisfied with it.

Placements: According to ICAR 2019 ranks, our university grabbed 9th rank in the top 10 agriculture universities in India. Our university offers decent placements. I am satisfied with our college but not with my decision to join this college.

Placements: Our batch is currently in 3rd year, so there are no placements. But I heard from our seniors that there are poor placements here, and our college is not very promising also. For agriculture, there are poor placements in the private sector. However, the salary package offered may be up to 2 LPA-3 LPA sometimes, but it is not much great.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements and faculty.

Placements: At COAE Jabalpur there are 8-10 students got placements from college level out of 96. other students have got admission in IITs by GATE exam. Some of students try to got job by AFO (agriculture field officer) exam. So we can say that 70-80% students placed. Rest also placed in some private companies.
