JKLU - My Honest Opinion about the University.
Placements: 95% students were placed from recent graduation batch. Top recruiting companies were TCS and JK Lakshmi Cement. Top Roles offered in my course are Analyst, Marketing Expert, Sales Associate and Social Media Manager. The highest package was 9 LPA, Average was 6 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA.
90% students got an internship in various companies like Adani Capital Ltd, Fusion Micro Finance Ltd, Skillup Online, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd, and many more companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities and Infrastructure are great. Fully air conditioned classrooms and buildings, Wi-Fi available around all parts of campus, Library has a wide collection of books, journals and magazines, and All the classrooms have a projector, microphones, whiteboards and comfortable seats. Hostel is very well-maintained considering wear and tears. Mess food is surprisingly of good quality and follows a menu schedule. Cafeteria has a wide range of items and dishes. There is a general store inside the campus and a doctor's clinic as well. Indoor gym is available and games like kabaddi, basketball, football, volleyball, chess, carrom, table tennis, snookers are present.
Faculty: The teachers are all IIM graduates and really helpful and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with their teaching methods and quality. The course curriculum is relevant, communication classes are also included along with Excel class from the start. It makes the students somewhat industry ready. Semester exams are moderate, with a little time and effort you can ace the exams. Pass percentage is 40%. .
Other: I chose this course because I have a genuine interest in learning how businesses work. It would be great if the college timings changed and reducing the end time from 5pm to 3pm. Scholarship is merit based, I. e. , the more you score the more scholarship you get. Extracurricular Activities are great but are more accessible to the hostellers since they live in campus. Campus Crowd is low which is a great thing. Fests are really enjoyable. Campus is located in rural area of city. People are really friendly and its easy to make friends.

Wonderful Faculty and Scholarship Opportunities .
Placements: Most students of the Institute of Engineering and Technology get placed. The university boasts of placing 100% of those who opt in. We get ample support through drives and preparatory sessions that help with aptitude tests and conducting oneself during interviews. We also get support if we choose to apply to companies apart from the ones the university brings in. There is coaching for competitive exams like CAT or GATE.
Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi campus-wide. Classrooms are airy and spacious and in an amphitheater format. Each class has a maximum of 60 students or so, so teaching feels very personalized. The library has an exhaustive roster of books, both curriculum-related and fictional. Its online website helps us check its inventory and availability before [we borrow] the books.
Faculty: The faculty are absolutely superb. Some of the friendliest and most supportive faculty I have ever met in an educational institute. Teaching quality is very high. They are qualified, Ph.D. holders mostly. Others have master's degrees in their respective domains. They have a wide variety of published papers to their names and are passionate about their subject and teaching. The curriculum is very relevant and revised regularly. Semester exams are good and check a student's theoretical, critical thinking, and practical skills. Most students pass, more than 95%.
Other: I chose this university as they offer up to a 100% merit-based scholarship. I have been on a full scholarship since the first year, and now, as I am ending my final year, my entire tuition fee has been covered by the university due to my yearly academic results. There are some great events throughout the year. All are led and organized by students. The annual cultural fest, Sabrang, is a hub for competition and enigmatic performances.

I am neutral to this college, the experience and faculty is good .
Placements: Many companies come to the college like Amazon, Nivea and many others. One of the student of my college persuaded product designing same as me and whom I know is working in the Nivea company and earning an average package in Lacs. The teachers also help us and write the recommendation letters for us .
Infrastructure: The facilities in our college is pretty good. Wi-Fi is available in every class, corridors and in every room of the hostel. The classrooms are very spacious and well ventilated. The food which the college provides is okish, and they change the menu every Monday. The medical facilities and the canteen is open till 7:30 pm.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive, knowledgeable and well qualified. The college hire teachers from other Universities also. The quality of teaching they are providing is absolutely helpful and the teachers provide mentoring to the students which indeed help us.

Other: I really enjoy doing stuff and new activities in the class.

Real and True Review of a Good College.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Tech from JK Laxmipat University. In my B.Tech course, about 80% of students have been placed. The highest package offered is 22.5 LPA (on campus), the average package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the lowest package was around 3 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, IBM, JK groups, etc. Around 30% of students secured internships in different companies, with top roles in my course being data analytics, cyber cell, and other computer departments.
Infrastructure: For my course, all facilities are good. There are AC classrooms and labs, and all study books are available in the library. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the campus. The hostel facilities are very good, with two-seater and three-seater rooms available, including both non-AC and AC options. While the hostel facilities are great, the food is just okay, and the medical facilities are not good. The sports and games facilities are also average.
Faculty: The teaching faculty for my course is very good, as most teachers are qualified from IITs and other reputable institutions. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive, with a mentoring hour held every week for students. The course curriculum is well-structured, with the syllabus aligned with the latest industry needs. The difficulty level of the exams is average; it can be challenging for those who haven't studied. The pass percentage is almost 80%.
Other: I chose this course because it was my dream to become an engineer. One area for improvement would be to increase practical knowledge rather than focusing solely on theoretical knowledge. There are fewer events occurring in college, as the main focus is on studies. Scholarships are easily available based on your JEE, CUET, and 12th marks.

Very good for study purposes; faculty are very good and interactive.
Placements: There were almost 80% of students placed on campus. The highest package offered is 22.5 LPA, the average package is 6.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.4 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, JK Tyre, JK Paper, and IBM. Top roles in my course are data analyst, computer work, etc.
Infrastructure: For my course, the facilities are awesome; there are AC classrooms, labs, and a library. There is a good Wi-Fi network available, and all the books related to the course and other novels are available at the library. The hostel facility is very good, the mess food is okay, and the canteen facility is below average as it is often closed. Medical facilities are very bad as the doctor is often not there, and sports and games facilities are average.
Faculty: The best thing about the college is its teachers, who are qualified from IITs. The teaching staff is very knowledgeable and interactive with students. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and up to date according to industry needs. The exams are not very difficult for those who have studied, and the passing percentage is about 75%.
Other: I have chosen this course as I want to become an engineer since my childhood. I have taken Computer Science and Engineering as it is the future and I have an interest in it. The things that can be improved about my course are to teach more about computers and to teach less about other subjects. The crowd at JK Laxmipat University is very good; events at college are average, scholarship opportunities are very good, there are fewer extracurricular activities, and connectivity is also good.

Well-rounded campus life at JKLU.
Placements: 100% placements is there, as said by the college. The highest package offered is 22.5 Lacs per annum.
The average package offered is 6.95 lacs per annum.
Top recruiting companies are IBM, FLIPKART, TCS, Infosys, HP, Yes Bank, etc. Students get internships on the basis of their skills and academic performance.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi access is available throughout the campus; we have specialized labs with all the machinery, tools, and software; we have smart classrooms; and we have a well-stocked library. We have double-sharing rooms in our hostels with all the basic amenities. Mess food is better than many of the colleges mess; they maintain a regular menu cycle that includes a balanced diet. We have a health center here with a first-aid facility and a visiting doctor. Facilities for outdoor and indoor games are provided.
Faculty: Teachers are often approachable and willing to help students regarding academic queries, projects, etc. Mostly teachers are qualified, holding Ph.D. degrees. A relevant curriculum is designed to align with the current industry standards, trends and technologies. Difficulty of the semester exams often depends on the course complexity and basic understanding of the subject. Regular preparation helps to perform better.
Other: I am enrolled in B.Tech at my university. I chose this course because I was interested in the workings of the technical-based world. More lab sessions, workshops, and career counseling can be organized to improve the course. Events take place at the university, like SABRANG, the cultural festival of JKLU. Last year, Tech Fest was also organized. Hackathon was also organized, and other events are also there. A friendly and inclusive atmosphere is there at the campus. Scholarships are being offered to high-performing students. A variety of clubs are there to join on the basis of one's interests.
