JSPM University - Top college in Wagholi and Pune.
Placements: Around 90% of students were placed. The highest package was around 40 LPA, and the average package was 4 LPA. Top recruiters of the college include TCS, Infosys, Tata Motors, and Mahindra. A total of 80 students secured internship opportunities with the support of the college.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good and promotes the overall development of students. Each department has its own labs and computer rooms. A food court is available on campus, and the private hostel offers high-quality food. Sports facilities are also excellent, and medical services are provided when necessary.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable and provide precise information on each topic. They are very helpful, and the knowledge gained from them is invaluable. The overall teaching quality is high, with all teachers covering their respective subjects and curriculum within the stipulated time. The semester exams are manageable, and assessments are conducted three times a year. The passing percentage of the college is 40%.
Other: Computer Engineering and Information Technology are the best programs for the students in the college. These degrees provide you with a proper environment for the overall development of the students. The sports activities could be improved. The frequency of the sports should be increased. The events are taken such that induction programs, annual functions, and many more programs are taken weekly. Scholarships are not available as it is a private college.

The college campus has very good greenery and is also very clean.
Placements: Better placement as compared to other colleges. 20 students are placed out of 150, of which 50 do not appear for the drives because of their masters plans and backlogs. Only TNP student coordinators are mostly placed. There are many students facing job problems but overall, its good as we at least got an opportunity.
Infrastructure: I don't live in a hostel so I don't have anything to say about it. The courses at our college are very good and we have also been provided multiple elective subjects each semester with a good teacher. Some of the subjects were quite difficult but our teachers made sure that we understood them well.
Faculty: All the faculty members were good and the arrangements for the exams were also good. In some colleges, they held 2 different subject exams on a single day. But we were provided with a single exam on a single day, which made it easier to study well in a given time.
Other: I am a 2024 passout. I chose ENTC because we can go into different fields such as IT, telecommunications and even core companies. Events and festivals are very fun but the crowd is average .

Satisfied, but there is room for improvement to provide good exposure to students.
Placements: Around 90% of students get placed every year. The highest package was 47 Lacs in 2022, and the lowest was 3.5 Lacs. The average package is 5.5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are KPIT, Accenture, TCS, PTC, and Amazon, etc. 60% of students got internships. Recently, PTC company offered a 25000 stipend to students.
Infrastructure: There are 2 hostel buildings for boys and 3 hostel buildings for girls. A 40200 fee is there per student. Hostel accommodation includes Wi-Fi, hot water facilities, and lockers. College respective subjects labs are well-maintained, and classrooms are available for students for teaching. A special library is there for study, with enough books for students to read. There is no ground to play for boys and girls, but there is a food court and cafeteria with high-cost food, yet the quality of food is good. A medical bus is available 24*7, and a sports week is held each year.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and always available for students for doubt solving. They have enough knowledge in respective subjects. Teachers are qualified up to Ph.D. and M.Sc. Levels. Teaching quality is just awesome, with a curriculum having real-life applications relevant to student understanding. Around 40% of students get industry-ready. The semester exams are much easier to crack due to the autonomous college pass percentage around 40% per subject.

Dynamic campus life with strong faculty support and excellent facilities.
Placements: 60% to 80% of students were placed in our course. In the recent, the highest package is 40 LPA and minimum is 5-6 LPA, and the average, I think, is 10 LPA offered in our course. Typically, placement percentages vary widely by institution and course, ranging from 60% to 100%, depending on factors like the economy, industry demand, and individual student preparation.
Infrastructure: Institutions provide reliable campus-wide Wi-Fi for students and faculty, equipped with necessary hardware for practical learning. Modern facilities include audio-visual equipment and comfortable seating. A comprehensive collection of books varies by institution, offering basic to more comfortable living space.
Faculty: Faculty members generally vary in their approach, but many are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their fields. Teaching quality can vary, but institutions strive to maintain high standards through ongoing training and feedback mechanisms. Course curricula aim to be relevant to industry needs, though the degree of industry readiness can vary.

Review of my college journey.
Placements: The highest package that a student can get placed in will be offered at 16.2 lacs per annum. Nearly 800+ students got placed in 2024 placements. They are placed in various roles and in various fields. And to get placed, it was really hard, but they made it very easy by giving us more practice.
Infrastructure: As it was worth every penny that we invested in our education. The overall infrastructure of our college was really good. It was a peaceful, green environment and a really good place for doing our higher studies. And also, sports, hostel and canteen facilities were too good.
Faculty: Our college exams are very frequent. Also, our faculty members often conduct some tests to make us ready to face the upcoming examinations. They always asked us to borrow textbooks from the library. They were more friendly and supportive of us. And they are highly helpful.

Well-maintained college with good placement but outdated syllabus.
Placements: This is a new college, no batch is at the final year of JSPM University. The college Dean promised placement for students who will fit in some conditions like attendance and CGPA of all years. JSPM University has tied up with IBM company. The college provides free internships for students.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is well-maintained and posh. All are new buildings with centralized AC. But the college doesn't have a hostel for all students. The college has 3 canteens, but their size is small for students. The quality of food is good with strict hygiene.
Faculty: The syllabus of the college is designed by IBM company, but it is kind of outdated. Some of the teaching staff are doing part-time jobs, but some are Ph.D. holders and professors. The passing percentage is 35 marks out of 100 in the final exam, and the college provides internships at the end of the year.
