Review of JDT Islam College of Nursing.
Placements: In our college campus, interview placement is done for students with adequate marks and skills. Mims Hospital, Iqraa Hospital, and abroad are coming to hire the students and also appoint them if they feel the students are good. Nursing officers, assistant doctors, infection control departments, nursing tutors, clinical instructors, etc., roles are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. But the hostel facilities are a little congested with more students. But comparatively, other colleges ensure good safety and facilities. We need a permission letter for getting leave from the hostel. Mess food is okay. They provide nice food on some of the days of the week, like payasam, biriyani, beef fry, etc. Wi-Fi is available in labs and good classrooms. The library facility is very good with lots of books for reference.
Faculty: Faculty members are very skilled and conduct exams on time. Due to the semester, students do not get adequate time for studying. Every year there are 4 internals and 2 semester exams for each subject. 50 percent is required for all subjects, including practicals, to pass.
Other: It is the best part of our college. That's why I am here. All programs are very good. Students can enjoy their campus life like an arts college here, even if they are medical students. Lots of stress due to exams burst out in college programs. They are very good at sports too. Well, support and guidance are getting for our sports team members. Don't forget it is your parents money. So more focus on studies should be given. Thank you.

A good nursing college one must know.
Placements: I am currently a student in this college. In a batch, there are 50 students. There is no college placement. But, it is easier to get a job as a nurse if we graduate from college, according to seniors' experiences. Most students prefer to be staff nurses, but some prefer pursuing an MSc degree.
Infrastructure: The college has its hostel with average facilities. Food in the hostel is good. As per the hostel rules, we should return to the hostel before 6:00 p.m. There is a hospital nearby the hostel, which is a good aspect. They also have other hostels outside the college campus.
Faculty: Teachers in Nirmala College are the best. They are some best lecturers. They teach us in an easily understandable manner. Semester exams are a bit difficult. We follow KUHS University. Faculty members are highly knowledgeable.

Pulse of our heart is KUHS.
Placements: Each batch has a strength of 24. No reservations are available. Each student gets equal chances and opportunities everywhere and in all aspects. The course has a fee of 50,000 rupees per year and a caution deposit of 30,000 rupees, which is 100% refundable after completion.
Infrastructure: The college has a good library where we can get books of our choice. As a medical field, college has different labs for practical. Each subject has separate labs with advanced technologies. A ladies hostel with very cheap accommodation and food is available inside the campus.
Faculty: The course has a very specific and well-organized syllabus. The syllabus is built in a way to help our academic skills elevate without pressure. Each faculty member is highly qualified and an expert on the subject. Also, guest lecturers from outside, including doctors, come to take classes.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty members, and infrastructure and there way of treating.
Placements: Anyone with good knowledge may be placed as a staff nurse or assistant to a doctor. A training period is required first, and selection is made according to performance during the training period.
Infrastructure: It has good infrastructure and provides a good hostel facility. The food is average, as it is made for the whole JDT campus, but it has a good menu. If you are interested in the arts or sports, you will have the opportunity to participate in SNA programs and KUHS programs. Before that, there will be interesting college programs.
Faculty: The teachers have a lot of experience. The external faculty members are professionals from the IQRAA International Hospital, which is in the same department. Each semester has both positive and negative aspects. The downside is that a huge number of topics have to be studied within six months, although there are fewer subjects.
Other: I'm finding this course very challenging because of the tight schedule. However, our teachers are very helpful and understanding, and the program is well-structured to accommodate our mental health needs.

Overall best campus life compared to other nursing colleges.
Placements: The placement rate at our college is about 90% yearly. The monthly salary package offered after recruitment ranges from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 100,000, depending on the role. The top roles guaranteed after graduation are staff nurse, nursing tutor, and doctor assistant.
Infrastructure: The college provides good quality facilities and a comfortable environment for studies. It has Wi-Fi, labs, and a library. Clinical practice is in the reputed Iqraa International Hospital and Research Centre, which is located in Kozhikode. The college canteen and mess are clean and affordable. The college curriculum incorporates sports and other extracurricular activities, especially football, and provides generous time for them.
Faculty: The college is affiliated with KUHS Trissur. The college facilities are well-established and accessible to all students. The faculty members are well-versed in their subjects, and most hold postgraduate or Ph.D. degrees. Semester exams are administered by the university.
Other: I'm interested in a career in nursing. I understand that nursing is a service-based profession that offers a lot of job opportunities. I also like that nursing is a profession that allows me to travel the world.

Good clinical skill, good Library facilities, classroom infrastructure is satisfying .
Placements: A semester contains 70 students in my college. My college is selecting students under LBS and AMCSFNCK with 90 percent above in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology. The tuition fee for one year is around 85,000. Our college is not providing any placement but has a chance to work here. The 8th semester contains an internship in the renewed curriculum of KUHS university, which helps in improving the clinical skills of the students.
Infrastructure: The classroom of my college contains adequate lighting and a projector, which helps to understand the class effectively. The lab contains a nursing foundation lab, medical surgical lab, child health nursing lab, and OB-GYN lab with adequate models. The library of our college contains the latest books, computers, and even storybooks.
Faculty: Teachers are good at teaching, especially in clinical settings. They help us to understand the topic in a short time. As this semester system is tight with stress, our teachers help us to complete the topic and the clinical requirements on time.
Other: B.Sc. Nursing is a good course for getting a job, and I like to serve people. However, the course is stressful, and the events taking place in the college are few. The scholarship process is very slow, and they are not encouraging any extracurricular activities like sports, dance, or music.
