The best Muslim college in Jamshedpur.

Placements: Placements are not offered for our course as it is an academic course that helped students for higher studies. Some companies visited for recruitment. The offered package was quite low, around 1.2 LPA. Internship opportunities are provided.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is good. College is beautiful with so many plantations. There is an adequate playground area for sports and games events, only basketball court is available. Canteen offers good food. Library is available in the college.

Faculty: Teachers are good, helpful, and supportive. They guide us in all the ways of life. Course curriculum is not relevant. Our university has only one subsidiary paper, which is not accepted by many universities for higher studies. Semester examinations are quite easy.

A good college for girls pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

Placements: Our college does not provide details about future placements in this course as it's an arts course. Internship opportunities are provided during the 5th or 6th semester. Wipro provided placements for BCA and other streams. As I am an art student, there are no details regarding this.

Infrastructure: There are two campuses. One is in Bistupur, and another is in Sidghora. The new Sidhgora Campus can be given 5 out 5 with excellent facilities. It has a lift, digital as well as traditional classrooms, and a library. I am a day scholar, so I don't know much about the hostel. The new campus is good. The old one is average.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified. They are dedicated towards students and cooperative as far as possible. Regular classes and syllabus are divided among 2-3 teachers for economics for completion syllabus within time. Mid-semester and final exams are held on time. Overall good faculty.

Other: It's a 4-year course that will be completed in 2027. NCC cadets are available. Events are organised occasionally.

Reality of Karim City College.

Placements: No job opportunity after completing B.A. History from this college. You can prepare for competitive exams like UPSC. Many students pursue masters after completing. Few students get job offers for Customer Relation Executive by different small BPO companies like FiveS Digital, etc.

Infrastructure: A WiFi facility is available on the college campus. The library has lots of books by different writers and publications. Sport is not well maintained. Only basketball courts are available. The food quality of the canteen is hygienic. Games are organized in a private playground by the college.

Faculty: course curriculum is not updated with ugc guidelines that at least two subsidiary subjects must be for bachelor courses but this college offers only one subject. Semester examination is easy. You can pass it by just studying before the exam. 90 percent of students passed the exam.

Geography Honors in Karim City College Jamshedpur.

Placements: Geography Honours in Karim City College Jamshedpur is a good college with excellent faculty and infrastructure. However, the placement statistics for geography Honours students are very poor. Very few companies hire Geography Honours students, so most students prepare for government examinations like UPSC, SSC, and JPSC. Recruiters at Vedanta and Tata sometimes hire Geography Honours students, but very few students get internship opportunities from our college.

Infrastructure: Karim City College has good infrastructure compared to other colleges in Jamshedpur. It has wifi, a digital classroom, a well-stocked library, and a laboratory with the necessary equipment for conducting experiments. There is also a small playground on campus.

Faculty: The faculty at Karim City College were good-natured and helpful, especially when it came to helping us with our projects and research during our course time. The teachers were well-qualified, and the course structure was good enough to prepare us for our future careers. Almost all students passed the semester examinations, which were relatively easy.

Absolutely satisfied with my experience here.

Placements: My course didn't really offer any placements, so I don't know much about that. However, other courses may provide placements. You can inquire about it in the college or with your teachers. I have experiences with my course here at Karim City.

Infrastructure: They do provide Wi-Fi, labs, and the infrastructure is pretty good. The classroom is spacious and can easily accommodate around 50 students. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to go outside the college as the jammer might interfere with your network.

Faculty: Faculty can be a bit tough on you, but they will eventually help you, so try to be patient with them. The curriculum remains the same, but if you have any problems regarding the books to be read for the exams, consult your teachers once; they will assist you. Exams are easy if you study hard enough, but you have to travel a lot during those times due to the exam center changing every semester.

Other: I like economics as a subject, and that is why I chose to pursue it further. Though the teachers can improve with examples as it would be more understandable if we could see the concept in the perspective of real-life applications. As for sports and fests, they are great. You'd find a lot of like-minded people here; it is like a social cue for you. You'd definitely enjoy it.

I would say to all of you, don't take admission in this college if you really want to study.

Placements: We don't get placements. If we do get them, it is very rare to do anything meaningful. It is of no use; only 0.5% of students get internships. There is nothing to say about this college, guys. No company comes to this college. It's just a time pass for college. If you really want placements, then go to a new college.

Infrastructure: The college library is very dirty. Books are not properly arranged, and chairs have dust on them. We don't have hostel facilities at our college. We have a canteen to buy and eat, but the food is not good enough. There is nothing in sports at this college.

Faculty: The teacherss are good; they help all students. But sometimes, the teachers don't know something. The teaching quality is below average. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty compared to others. The pass percentage of the college is 86%. The passing percentage is high.
