MMMUT is growing college.
Placements: According to the current placement report, there was a 75 to 80 percent placement rate in the 2024 session. Top MNCs also come here for recruitment, such as Google, Amazon, etc. There is also a CGPA criteria for sitting in the placement drive, which is set by the company.

Faculty: The faculty is very highly educated. Most faculty have completed their Ph.D. and M.Tech from IITs and NITs. The course curriculum is set the same as AKTU. There are mid-sem, practical, and end-semester exams for each semester. The semester exams are neither easy nor as difficult as IIT exams.

Comprehensive insight and honest opinion of my college.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in civil engineering was around 23–30%. The highest package offered was 6.65 LPA by L&T and the lowest package offered was around 2.5 LPA by a Geotech firm in Noida. Top recruiting companies for civil engineers are L&T and ABG for the roles of Graduate Trainee Engineer.
Infrastructure: The departments are well-equipped with modern facilities and infrastructure to support students academic and practical learning needs. High-speed internet access is available throughout the campus, as is access to a digital library for up-to-date research and study.
Faculty: The faculty members had advanced degrees and extensive experience in their respective fields, ensuring a deep understanding of the subjects they taught. The curriculum is regularly updated to reflect the latest advancements and trends in civil engineering, ensuring that the students learn current best practices and technologies. The difficulties of semester exams vary, but they are generally designed to test a thorough understanding of the material, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The pass percentage is generally around 70–80%.
Other: An interest in building infrastructure and creating sustainable design, the opportunity to contribute to community development and improve public facilities, and a wide range of career options in both the public and private sectors.

Insightful and Thoughtful Review.
Placements: A total of 4 students are placed in a total of 75 students in MCA so far. Streebo - 1 student (5 LPA) internship with PPO, IBM - 2 students (5 LPA), To The New - 1 student (4 LPA). The highest package was offered by Josh Technologies of 13,23,200/- per annum for the Software Developer and 11,30,800/- per annum for the Frontend Developer role. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA and the average package is 3.5 - 4 LPA. The top roles offered are software development engineer, web developer, frontend developer, backend developer, and Java developer role.
Infrastructure: There are 2 labs, 2 classrooms, and 1 smart room for MCA students. The whole campus has Wi-Fi facilities including hostels. There is one common library for all students with a seating capacity of 250 students and 75 for reading. The hostel rooms have 2 beds, 2 tables and chairs, 1 fan, and an almirah with a 24*7 Wi-Fi facility. The quality of mess food is average but the menu is different every day. The canteen is open till 3 am at night. Medical facilities and ambulance services are also free. There is a stadium for indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: The faculty members are qualified and well-educated. They take their classes properly. The guest faculty is not so good in terms of knowledge. The course is not up to date according to the new education system. There is a need for changes in the syllabus so that students will become industry-ready. There are 2-semester exams: 1 minor and 1 major. The exam is not so difficult. The pass percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course because it is a state government university. There is a need to focus on placement. The placement record is not so good. The department has its own society named CSSE (Computer Society of Software Engineers).

The truth.
Placements: Nearly 70-80% of students in the college get placed. Last year, the highest package was 52 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA. The average package varies from 6 LPA to 7 LPA. The college does not provide on-campus internships. Multiple companies visit this college, but generally, they are mass recruiters (such as LNT and Infosys). Some top recruiting companies also visit, but their frequency is not certain.
Infrastructure: The college has all the basic facilities and infrastructure like 24*7 Wi-Fi, all types of labs (including 3D printing lab, drone and IoT lab, and other departmental labs). There are three main lecture halls named PUSHPAGIRI lecture hall, TAKSHILA lecture hall, and NALANDA lecture hall. There is a central library also present in the college. There are 7 boys' hostels and 5 girls' hostels, and all have their own mess. The hostel conditions are decent, but the mess food is pathetic. There is a university cafeteria present in the college, and for boys, there is a night canteen.
Faculty: Here, most of the professors are well-qualified and knowledgeable, and they are very helpful. But only some professors and all the guest faculty members are not up to mark. The teaching quality is decent, and teachers teach on green and white boards, though all the rooms have digital board features. Yes, we can say that the curriculum is relevant, but not up to the mark, and the course doesn't make students industry-ready. There are 3 exams in college: Minor 1, Minor 2, and Major exams in a semester. Also, there are practical exams in practical subjects.
Other: The college has good fests and events.

This college is only for rich students, and middle-class students cannot afford it.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 43 Lacs, the average salary package offered is 5 LPA-6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and L&T. I'm not aware how many students secured internships, but it is less than 10%. Top role offered in our college is a trainee.
Infrastructure: Library is available, but for very less hours, from 6 AM-8 PM, and it is not available overnight. Senior students also use library. Wi-Fi is available, we need to fill undertaking to access it. The quality of food is average. Sports facilities are not available for 1st year students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but because of few students, they are unable to teach properly. This year, some changes have been made to the syllabus. It focuses mostly on theory instead of practicals. We are only required to write notes, and there is no equipment available for practical work. Semester exams are very difficult, with strict checking. Previous year, about 300 students failed in Engineering Mathematics.
Other: I chose this course because based on my rank only this college was available and I wanted to take admission in government-funded universities. The best thing about our course is that it will have more jobs in future. Things that need to be improved include having more practical sessions rather than focusing mainly on theory. Fests are only for seniors, and they can be very destructive.
