Well-detailed and overall review for BIP Patiala, from classrooms to placements, everything.

Placements: My course placement is around more than 85%. The highest I am not sure about, but I have researched on a website, so it is quite a positive course. Yes, as per the college records, 35% of students are placed in the college placement opportunities. As for my knowledge, the highest package is around 23 LPA, and the lowest package I don’t have much knowledge about, as it was not mentioned anywhere. The average package is said to be around 8 to 9 LPA. As per my knowledge, the top post is the quality...

Review of Giani Zail Singh College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: I have seen the placement rate of the college and they are saying it's 3-4 LPA average on the website. But during admission they told 10-15 LPA. And this is very little. Also, they don't guide us about the placement and how to prepare for it to get the maximum package.

Average college because placement and hostel facilities are not good.

Placements: 30 percent of students were placed in our course. In my presence, all packages—the highest, the lowest and the average—are the same and all are approximately 2 lacs per year. The top recruiting companies in our course are AMNS, SUBROS, MARUTI SUZUKI and sometimes MAHINDRA. 70 percent of our students got internships in our course.

Good paramedical college.

Placements: Students are from different states of India. The majority are from Kashmir and the Northeast. The maximum package can vary from hospital to hospital and sector to sector. Many students get internships in good hospitals and are hired there as employees. It is a paramedic college which is in high demand these days.

Review of Giani Zail Singh College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organisations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If they're a CS student, they will face immense competition. For core branches, placements are severely dry. Students become eligible for placements in the 4th year onwards. Some of the recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika, and a few others. Every company offers jobs to around 10-15 selected students. The highest salary pac...

I am satisfied because our college has a good value for money compared to other college fees.

Placements: About 20% of students get placed in the B.Pharma course every year. The highest salary package offered in this college is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in this college is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Zeiss Pharmaceuticals, Cipla, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Lupin Pharma, and GoMax Pharmaceuticals.
