Under the stream of Arts, the University offers a full-time MA programme in six specialisations at the PG level. MJPRU admission to the MA programme is merit-based. I am satisfied with my college because today what I am is only due to my college.
Placements: In my college placement opportunities are mostly given to the M.Sc. and B.Sc. students but M.A. students also get placement opportunities from some companies but opportunities are very less, in my college only 60% students get placement and also the stipend that provide by companies is also very less, the highest package given by any company in my college is 400000 per annum, the average package is 170000 per annum, and the lowest package is 60000 per annum. Top recruitment company in my college is amazon, Master Unions, Wipro, TCS and some other companies also come here but these companies do not provide much good placement opportunities they provide less stipend to students because students are not much skillful. In my college Devta Mahavidyalaya internship opportunities only given to very few students as it depends on the quality of students, the companies that provide internship opportunities are Amazon, Cisca, Wipro these companies most of the time provide unpaid internship but sometimes they provide paid opportunities but to very few students which have good skills.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is well and good, in my college classroom are also very well maintained they are airy, sitting benches in my college classroom are also very comfortable. In my college, there is a library where students can reads novel, journals and gain knowledge from them, in free time students ask from faculty to read novels and journals, in my college there are different kind of labs are also available, in these labs students perform different types of experiments that related to their course, but major problem is that Wi-Fi network connectivity is not too good in my college. My college also provides hostel facility for those students who live far from the college, there are different hostel for boys and girls, in hostel mess food is average, not too good not too bad. In my college there is a canteen where students can eat food of their choice, there is a dispensary where students get medical facility, there are lots of sports and games happening in my college, students take part actively in sport activities and enjoy a lot.
Faculty: In my college some faculty have completed their UG and PG both degree and they are well qualified, but some faculty have only completed their UG degree so overall qualification of faculty in my college is below average. Teaching style of faculty of my college is not too good as the number of students are too much in my classroom so it is difficult to understand topic in easy manner, my course curriculum is relevant and students get lots of opportunities after completing it they get good placement offers if students do my course seriously then they have lots of opportunities in future and it make industry ready. In my college there are two mid term exam happen and at the end final exam happen, exams are easy most of the exam paper comes from the college notes and if a student do regular study then they surely get good marks in this course, pass percentage of students in my college is around 80%.
Other: I choose this course because I have completed my M.A. degree from this college and I am very fond of geography and I want to explore this subject, the best thing in my course is that it is mostly based on the fact and it is easy to remember the fact by just reading them for sometimes, I think this course need some improvement like this course need improvement in technical area, this course is mostly theoretical I think it need improvement in technical field. In my college there are lots of tech and cultural fest happening mostly in the month of December to February, students take actively part in these fest and learn new skills from these fest, my college campus is too good, in my college students capacity is also too much, in my college UP government provide scholarship to students, students need to fill scholarship form to get scholarship and in the month of April students get their scholarship, there are lots of extra curricular activities in my college like sports day celebration, Festivals celebration and many more activities happening in my college.

It is a good college with a satisfying course curriculum and good teachers.
Placements: Placements in the college are nonexistent as no major effort is made by the college regarding placements. Students are expected to find jobs on their own. The majority of students remain unemployed while leaving college. Some students do get an opportunity in government jobs.
Infrastructure: The college building is good. It has a large playing field on the college premises. Classrooms are decently large and well-ventilated. The college has limited Wi-Fi coverage restricted to the administration building. The hostel is not available at the college, and no accommodation is provided by the college.
Faculty: Teachers are well-versed in our course. Teachers help all the students in their course-related problems and encourage for further details. The course curriculum is as per the university's guidelines. It is relevant but can be further modernised.
Other: I have chosen this college because it has a good reputation for providing a good education in our course.

I think it is not a good college.
Placements: Our college has a good reputation, so good companies visit our college for placements. But they hire you based on your skills and what you have to offer to them. Our college does not provide any classes to learn professional skills. It depends on you how you get selected or not. Placements are not good here.
Infrastructure: It is not a hostel-based college, and it is a day scholar-based college. It is near the city. Buses and auto are easily available near the college. Many students travel to the college from their homes. The infrastructure of our college is good.
Faculty: Many teachers in our college are qualified, but generally, they are busy. They rarely pay attention to undergraduate students. Teachers assigned to teach us are PhD holders. Your learning experience depends on what type of teachers you get. Some teachers are good, but some are available only for namesake. Even with the best teachers, the quality of education provided here is worse than the quality of education provided in schools.
Other: Our college organises poor fests. The campus crowd is average. Our college does not conduct extracurricular activities. However, the college surroundings are good.

Placements: About 80% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered ranges between Rs 1.8-3.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, HGS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Karvy, etc., visit our campus for placements. A few students from our course got an internship at the college.
Infrastructure: Many courses are available here along with the good quality of labs and classrooms. Wi-Fi is available too. Many types of dishes are available here and the food quality is good.

In our college, there are good placements in 2015.
Placements: 80% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered in our course is 2,50,000 rupees and the lowest package is 50,000 rupees and the average package is 1,20,000 rupees. The top roles offered in M.A. urdu is poet/ author and urdu translator, etc.
Infrastructure: There are many different facilities and infrastructure available for our course/department like clean and stable classrooms. There are two labs, but no Wi-Fi. The facilities provided in our college are very good and I like my college. There is a very big canteen, along with great medical and sports facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and fully qualified. They are knowledgeable too. Ofcourse, if the teachers are qualified so their teaching quality is also good. Yes, our course curriculum is relevant. Yes, it makes the students industry ready.
Other: I chose this course because I love Urdu subject. The best thing is that it is not very hard and not very easy. My course is better already I don't want any improvement.

Our college has a really good infrastructure and facilities, but the course curriculum is average.
Placements: The placement rate of our college is average. After completing the course, you have to qualify in UGC NET and JRF. So, it completely depends on you that how much you are passionate about your course. Every year, around 50%-60% of the students get placements from our college by qualifying in national level exams.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is above average. Classrooms are spacious, and the labs and library are huge so that every student can sit comfortably. There is a huge playground for sports and games, and seminars are also held on the ground. There is also a canteen where the quality of the food served is good.
Faculty: The course curriculum is average. Teachers teach us the normal works of the greatest writers. If compared to the course taught at Delhi University, then teachers here teach us averagely. Faculty members are good, and they are knowledgeable and highly qualified.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am really passionate about English literature, and I am fascinated a lot by it.
