A good place to start with.
Placements: Last year, almost all of my seniors who applied for placement were placed in various IT companies. The college also offers special courses to improve your overall skills when you are exposed to the job market. The curriculum that I'm studying will vary from the curriculum that will be taught from this year onwards so placement opportunities will increase.
Infrastructure: The college has great infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, a library, a sick room, a sports room, a basketball court, and a and a well-functioning lab for psychology and computer applications. The hostel is not that great, though. There is an open gym and rest rooms for males and females. Extremely neat environment, with cleaning happening every 2 hours.
Faculty: This college makes no compromises when it comes to education. Courses may seem a little outdated but overall, they are pretty easy to learn and various activities are conducted to prepare the students for real-world experience. As the curriculum has been changed by the Kerala government, future students can get better opportunities from the college. The course should be more relevant. The pass percentage of the college is as high as 80% .
Other: The college has significantly increased the number of events conducted in the college. There are various clubs, including Red Cross, TedEx, NS, and many other NGO-certified clubs.

The university is really good, and its courses are interesting.
Placements: The placements are average. The average package is 2 to 3 LPA. Media-related companies come here as it's a journalism college. It's a good college. I recommend this college, and the courses are very interesting.
Infrastructure: We are still studying on our old campus, but the new campus is just mind-blowing. Labs and teachers are good and well experienced. There are no sports activities.
Faculty: The teachers are well experienced, very good and helpful too. The course doesn't make us industry-ready. Semester exams are very difficult.
Other: I chose it because I have an interest in this course.

Overall, it is a good course but the college is not much good.
Placements: Many students get placed in this course. The highest salary package offered in this course is about 2.25 crore per annum, and the average salary package offered is about 3.86 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is about 1.76 LPA. Companies recruiting were Zee News and ABP News.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were good in this course and the department was also good. Wi-Fi was available for students. Labs were pretty good, and classrooms were also good. There was a good library on campus. We had a good hostel and the food served was also good. Medical facility was good but there were no sports in this college.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and friendly. They were well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was also good. The course curriculum was relevant, and it makes students ready for industry. We had six semesters in this college.
Other: They need to improve their teachers and add scholarships, events, and extracurricular activities.

Institute which can give you education and will help you grow if you want to.
Placements: No proper placement as such. Few companies will come for interview during placement session. Don't keep hopes high in terms of campus placement. You can get to do internships if you are in touch with the faculty or guest faculty. Nothing as such like a campus placement if you finish UG course.
Infrastructure: Not great infrastructure. But has a good studio and two auditoriums. The studio is well-equipped with various studio necessary equipments. But some are new and some are outdated in terms of technology. But could be one the best studios in the city right now.
Faculty: Faculty is supportive if you have any sort of queries or problems. There are guest faculty members too, who are working in the media industry as well. So connecting with them can help you get internships easily. Course is very good as far as B.Sc. EM is concerned. They have a vast syllabus that covers maximum aspects, be it technical or non technical.
Other: Regular events are hosted in the college. You yourself can host an event by taking permission in weekends.

A decent college for media aspirants who can't afford AAFT or other colleges like that.
Placements: The placement seems to be pretty good as many of our seniors got placed in respected news channels. From the first year onwards they start sending you to the shows so that you can understand the frontstage and backstage of work processes. Guest lecturers keep coming from respected electronic and print media to teach and tell brief input about what's inside the industry.
Infrastructure: The college is pretty small though 5/6 rooms in all. A recording studio in the basement with two classrooms and then 2 classrooms on the first floor. On the third floor, they have sound mixing studio and computer lab as well. The library is there it is pretty small though but you can find some relevant book from media. And they do have Wi-Fi facility. They don't have a canteen, but there are many tea stalls and Dhabas around the college.
Faculty: The faculty is nice only Pankaj Ramendu sir is constant. Rest of the faculty keeps getting changed depending on their availability. Many of the respected electronic and print journalists keep visiting for guest lecture purposes.
