Placements: The college is in contact with leading media companies, and keeps us updated about their vacancies. Everyone gets placed. You will surely get 2 or more internships during your course, and Commits will help you with getting internships in leading media houses like The Telegraph, The Times of India, News Minute, NDTV, Republic and more. You also get to intern wi...
Placements: There are no placements provided in the college. They told us to go elsewhere for placements, and they never thought about it. We just walked away after the completion of our course. We have to go for further studies or join any low private industry to work. Don't take admission here, and you will destroy your future by joining here.
Placements: The placement cell provides you with the information regarding jobs and internships regularly on its social media handle. You will get a reference from SBC when you go for the interview. So you can work and gather good industry knowledge while studying also which will help you in your media career.
Placements: In the Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Mass Communication, we are getting very good guidance and placements. Last year, our students got placed in very known Media houses like Dainik Bhaskar, Bansal news, DD news and radio like DD Radio, My Fm, Radio Mirchi, and Big Fm. They are even working as a freelancer like Anchors in functions, street events, etc. Approximately 60% of the students got placed last year. The highest salary was 20k from DD news, and the lowest was 1...
Placements: There is a good scope for all the students, who are seeking for the mass communication. The college has the wonderful environment to study, and also for the placement in both campuses like Madhya Pradesh as well as New Delhi. The classrooms are well-maintained. The campus selection for the student is good, if you want to make your name in the mass communication then come and join in this university.
Placements: The placement structure of the college is really good. From startups to big named organisations, we get offers from all of them. All the students get placed before the completion of the course. Our seniors are working at various organisations across different sectors of India which makes it easy for us to get to know if there is a vacancy in that company. Every year, the students get to do 2 compulsory internships given by the college. One is at an NGO, and the other is an industry internship in...
Placements: You need to get placement on your own potential, the college is only providing a platform. And, there are very fewer chances of campus placement. Initially, the salary is less but it can go high according to your personal skills and experience, and internship stipend is very nominal.
Placements: SBC provides a good opportunity to start a career in the media industry by providing a lot of internship programs during the course period. But after all, it depends on the student. A student gets easily contacted in the industry as working with the different platforms helps to build contacts in the industry. SBC gives a push to the student in the industry.
Placements: Good companies, media houses and channels visit our campus for placements, and my senior students are placed in a good platform today. ABP news, UC News, Dainik Bhaskar and many more media houses have served their campus placements for students with good salary and pay scales. Rather than media companies, production and printing, packaging, skilled and various companies also served their placements for students because this university conducts many other courses like new media technology, comput...
Placements: It provides a very good opportunity even in the course period for the internships with big companies in the industry. It also provides a short time internships for the students to get some experiences in the industry. Internships actually help students to make the time worth. It provides us visits to some companies to make students know, how the industry actually works.
Placements: The college provides the campus selection, and the placements are offered in the college. The environment of the college is good, and it's beneficial for the students because the college has the only media and media-related courses which has the benefit and point for the students.
Placements: The placement seems to be pretty good as many of our seniors got placed in respected news channels. From the first year onwards they start sending you to the shows so that you can understand the frontstage and backstage of work processes. Guest lecturers keep coming from respected electronic and print media to teach and tell brief input about what's inside the industry.
Placements: You will get the best placements here. During my last semester exam, my college brought ABP News, Glibs News, Bullmart Research House, Dainik Bhaskar and Absolute India Newspaper. 25 students were selected in Bullmart research with a 3.5 lakh per annum package and I am one of them. 4 students are placed in ABP, 12 students are placed in Dainik Bhaskar and 10 students are placed in GlIBS.
Placements: At Commits, the students are expected to complete 3 internships as part of their course. All of which is provided by the college. The internships are fixed with top media houses based on the interest area of the students. During the internship, the students are ready and are eventually offered full-time jobs by the companies they intern with. Thus, the quality of work of the students at Commits is something to vouge for.
Placements: The placements are good. Our seniors and super seniors are placed with the well-known companies. Most of them have their own companies in the field of advertising, PR or production. The students are placed in companies like Ogilvy, Saatchi and Saatchi, CNN News 18, Times Now, Magic Bricks Now and much more well-known names.
Well personally I feel that no college is good or bad. If one has talent and they're focused as well as determined, no one can stop them. My college has helped polish many such talents. They've gone a step ahead always to help us turn into industry professionals. Although the infrastructure is not very good, the college has classrooms are pretty decent and air conditioned. The disadvantage is that they don't tell you about the affiliation properly. The university degree is a distance one and the...
