Candidates are admitted to this course based on their aggregate in the last qualifying exam, i.e., Class 12. A selection list can be released to announce the names of the students eligible for admission by the university in online mode. There are various components such as tuition fee, library fee, hostel fee (if applicable), security deposit, etc. that are added to the total course fee. The total tuition fee for MGU Kerala BA programmes ranges between INR 2,000 and INR 2.1 lakh. The given fee range is a cumulative of BA courses offered by the university on-campus as well as through its affiliated colleges, hence may vary. Candidates must have the education qualification required for the course to be eligible for admission. For BA course aspirants, students should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. • MGU UG application form was released on May 15 and the last date to apply was Jun 7. Additionally, the provisional merit list shall be published was Jun 12.
• The last date to apply for MBA and MGU-CAT was May 5, 2024. CAT-MGU was held between May 17 and May 18, 2024. Admission to most of the PG courses is based on MGU CAT conducted by the university.

For MGU Kerala BSc course admissions, aspirants must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Yes, the university offers admission based on national and university-based entrance exams. There are some courses which are offered on the basis of merit scores. MGU admission to the UG courses is done on the basis of marks secured in the entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations. MGU Kerala conducts a Common Admission Test (majorly known as MGU CAT) for admission to all PG courses. However, it also accepts several national-level entrance exams for MBA and PhD admissions.

The MSc placement report 2023 is not released as of now. However, as per the university NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during MG University PG 2-year placements in 2022 stood at INR 5 LPA. In addition, a total of 87 students were placed out of 440 students during PG 2-year placements in 2022. A dip of nearly 17% is seen in the PG 2-year median package offered in 2022 as compared with 2021.
