Placements: I completed the MSW course in 2022. Out of 30 students in our class, around 26 of them secured placements in the final year. All of them secured placements during our course. Some of the recruiting companies were Atom, Travancore Foundation, and Teach for India. Some of the top roles offered are counsellor, social worker, program coordinator, policy analyst, researcher, etc. The average salary package offered is approximately 3.5 LPA.

Placements: Around 35 out of 50 students got placed in companies like Chegg, Infosys, TCS, and Sutherland. Our college has an HR department which is called a Placement Cell. It forwards all the information and teaches us how to attend interviews. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 20 LPA.

Placements: Poor placement for MSW. The only way is after a master's to get a good internship and then with experience, we can get a good job and package. Many hospitals and pharmaceutical companies offer jobs but the first 6 months are internship periods. After completing the MSW, the average package we can expect is 2.4 to 3 lacs per year. In reality, no one is talking about this.

Placements: I am one of the alumni who got placement at Rajagiri college. Around 60% of our batch got placed in the first round. We got updated job alerts from the placement cell as well as the alumni forum. Some got into project coordinators, CSR, medical social workers, counselors, etc., Our batch got into both government and private jobs as well. I got a package offering of 3.5LPA as a fresher.
