Placements: Not a single student got placement from our course. No companies came to campus for recruitment. No students get the chance to work in companies. No roles are offered in this course.
Placements: There were 300 students in my department. About 10000 students or may be above got placed from my college. The placements were overall good. The placement starts from 1 to 2 LPA. The top recruiting company is HCL and other banks.
Placements: You cannot expect from an open university to provide placements. Only pursue your degree from an open university if you're financially unstable or pursuing a professional degree like CA with it, or if you are a working professional. But if you're not a working professional, it would be better to plan a degree from a regular good college or an online platform like Upgrade.
Placements: Placements are not organised as our college does not offer regular classes. It gives self-study materials and assignments. However, the counseling classes are offered per subject with a minimum student count of not less than ten in the number, which helps to build good and specific field knowledge from the experts of the field.
Placements: From our course, many students get placements in their own fields because the reputation of our college and its results are good. In the research field of history, many students get chances from this college. There are many fields and many courses like BCA, MCA and MBA. Placements are good here.
Placements: There is no dedicated placement cell in our college. As per my knowledge, I have never heard of anyone getting placed while studying in this university. This university is mostly for students who are preparing for other competitive examinations or people who are already working but want to obtain a degree.
Placements: Since most of the courses offered here are distance courses, many students have to seek jobs on their own. Very few companies visit our university, and before some years, none of the companies even want to visit here. Salary packages offered are generally not according to students' expectations. In our batch, I have never seen any student doing an internship in a company.
Placements: There is no such opportunity provided. There is no internship opportunity. It is an open university so logically there is no such chance either. And I don't think even in future there will be any of such kind of thing will be available. So it will be much better if you will look on your own for the jobs.
Placements: It is a degree college, and it only offers distance education courses and conduct examinations. Everything depends on your talent to get a job after getting a valid and affiliated degree from this university. Examination papers are a bit tough, and it forces you to study properly.
Placements: I am pursuing BCA, and the placements are below average. The college doesn't provide placement opportunities, but the students who have good knowledge in their field along with the university degree don't need to worry about placements.
Placements: As Nalanda Open University provides degree in distance education, there is no placement cell in the college. As most of the students studying in this college are either working or housewives, and are not able to complete their education, but got a chance to study ahead, there was no need for placements.
Placements: This college is the best platform for those who want to continue their higher education and do a job or business simultaneously. Many students get good opportunities in many sectors. The college provides additional preference to apply for jobs, and this makes the students feel competitive.
Placements: Nalanda Open University is the opportunity for every student who is in job or get job before higher education without completing. Every courses are certified by government of India so that its easy to get job with their skills. Many options and field are their to get connect as well as better chance to get placement.
Placements: The placement opportunities are tough after the graduation. B.Sc. degree from an open university is just a formality to be fulfilled. It helps to be eligible for appearing in several UPSC exams and other star level exams. It is important to pursue a post-graduate degree in order to have a good knowledge of the study subject.
Placements: The placements are not available here. This university is for distance education only as only degree course occur here. One thing about this university is that its fee is very low as this university is semi-governmental but this university is AICTE approved.
Placements: As it is an open university, placement opportunities were not up to the mark. Low-key companies used to come for recruitment. But overall, it was good to be offered with a package of Rs. 20,000 monthly than remaining unemployed. So I can say that it is somewhat better for non-privileged ones.
Placements: The student who have average percent are placed in my course the highest package are 10 Lacs or more and average package is 5 Lacs or more and the lowest package is below 5 Lacs per annum the companies come to the college and give placement to the students.
