Placements: Our batch and our senior batch both had very good placements. We have category A and B method. Category B companies are the ones that provide less than 7 LPA CTC. While category A companies are those which provide 7 LPA and above CTC. We had companies like HSBC, Barclays PLC, Amazon, Oracle, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, etc. for placements.
Placements: Nirma provides limited opportunities to get summer placement from college itself. We had to use our outside contacts to get good offers for summers. At time of finals, nirma is able to place majority of its students just because of 3 mass recruiting companies I. e. TCS, Infosys and cognizant. Other than that very few people get in A bracket companies I. e. companies offering more than 7L pa.
Placements: Nirma offered ample opportunities for the students to get placed in dream companies like Morgan Stanley, Amazon, Oracle, which offered the package between 7 LPA to 14 LPA, but they recruited only 2-3 students. Mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant recruit half of the batch, offering a package of 3 LPA to 4 LPA.
Placements: The placement scenario was good for my batch and also for our senior batch. I don't know the exact percentage of placements, but around 80% of the students who are interested in placements got placed. The highest CTC offered was around 17 LPA and the average package offered was around 5 LPA to 7 LPA.
Placements: 70-80% students got placed. Placements were good. Minimum package offered was 3.5 LPA and some companies offered package starting from 10 LPA to 15 LPA also. Students got internship from different companies for their final year project also. Placement cell is very good.
Placements: Placements were very good in both, our and our seniors batch. Companies including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, HSBC, MuSigma, etc. had come to our campus with great packages. Highest package I think was 16LPA, the lowest was 3.25LPA in mass recruitment. Average package (median) was 5-6 LPA.
Placements: Placements opportunities available for students are good, and they get into core industries, IT, consultancies, etc. It is not a problem for the students to find internships, but for jobs, it is difficult, since the candidate's profile should match the requirements of the company. Core companies like Bombardier, Tata, Reliance, ABB, etc., visit the campus and offer salary packages up to 12 LPA. On an average, 8-10 students got placed in the campus placements.
Placements: Many companies visited the college for placements, and many students were provided with good placement opportunities. If you have some talent, the college always helps you to get a good offer. The college provides good opportunities for getting into product based companies. The alumni network is good.
Placements: I got placed, and I am satisfied with it since it was one of the greatest opportunities that I have received. It made me think in a very proactive manner and work for the same. It's great being a part of this place. I really appreciate the help provided.
Placements: There was a placement cell in our college. Students from our batch were selected as representatives of the batch, who helped in passing of information and other communications related to placements and companies very easy. Placements and number of companies visit here were decent.
Placements: The placement scenario for my batch as well as my senior batch was quite decent with over 65% of the students getting placed. Reputed MNCs like L&T, HUL, Reliance, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Amazon and many others visited the campus. The highest package offered was around 18 LPA, and the average package was 5-6 LPA. Many of the students secured an internship from college and received pre-placement offers from the companies as well.
Placements: Pretty good placements. Avg package of 7.5-8 lacs. 75% banking sectors others include it firms. Other big names include HUL and P&G. The internship is also good. These activities are sourced through student placement committee. Good placement. Can do good here.
Placements: Placement for complete batch has been average by keeping CTC for the batch average around 4-5L pa. Good companies take a few students with good knowledge of dynamic programming. 80% of the batch get in set B companies with CTC below 6.5 or 7L. Set A companies were Morgan Stanley, HDFC, Amazon, Oracle etc.
Placements: Placement opportunities in Nirma, particularly for IT specialisation are immense. It gives a great opportunity for the students to get into companies like Samsung, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, but they take limited students (only 1 or 2 star performers) from the batch. Therefore, one has limited chances to get placed in set-A companies with the CTC more than 7 LPA. Set-B has the are mass recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant offering 3 LPA CTC, and some companies offered 4-5 LPA CTC.
Placements: In our batch, some people went for masters and didn't attend any placement process (including me). Other than that, everyone had an offer by the end of the 7th semester. I believe that the college gave them good opportunities by calling companies like Morgan Stanley, Amazon, Samsung, Oracle, and that recruited 2-3 students, offering packages between 7 LPA to 14 LPA. Other than that, mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant took the majority of the students with the average package of 3 L...
Placements: Placements for our batch and our senior batch went quite well. Top companies like Oracle, Morgan Stanley, HDFC, Samsung came for final placements and offered packages in the range of 7-14 LPA. Roles varied from software developer, business analyst to operations handler as well. Our batch has got 100% placements.
Placements: Placements are good, but I would say its is mostly a marketing oriented college where you can a get a good exposure in Marketing stream but not the same case for finance. You will end up doing marketing in the finance roles also. Finance companies are also not good which is due to the location filter of IIM where most of the companies get filtered out. The college should get good companies in terms of profiles as a lot of same level of colleges are tapping those companies. The package is also av...
Placements: The placements were good and improved as compared to our super seniors batch. It's a rolling process, and almost all the students were placed when the academic season ended. Also, the number of companies coming for placements has increased for summers as well as finals, and they are expected to increase this year as well.
Placements: The placements of nirma university for past 2 3 years have been 100 percent and student aiming to pursue MBA will get great corporate exposure. The college has its own placement cell and the averagepackage for nirma is about 8 to 8.5 lacs pa. The companies from different domain visit nirma for recruitment.
Placements: There were 100% placement for the senior batch. I am a fresher so we are yet to be placed. The company had a wide range and I think that the average placement which was offered for the batch was around 8.5lacs per annum. Summer internship was also 100% placed.
