NMIMS Mumbai Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Vile Parle West

Placements: There a lot of companies that recruit people from our college. More than 80% of the students were placed last year. I am in the second semester currently so do not know much insights of the students getting internships and the companies recruiting and don't know much about roles too.

Placements: 90% of the students got placed other 10 opted out of the placement drives. 60 lacs was the highest and 3.5 lacs was the average. Infosys, Accenture, IBM, BookMyShow, Capgemini, PWC, E&Y, KPMG, BNP Paribas, NTT, Zycus, ZS associates are the top recruiters. Every student needs to find an internship on their own and it is mandatory to do an internship after 3rd year.

Placements: In 2018 total students were 300 in MBA. Tech programme and out of which 95% of the batch was placed. The highest package offered was around 28 Lacs, the lowest offer was 4.5 Lacs and 7.5 Lacs was the average package offered. Top companies participated in the process was all the big fours, Accenture, Microsoft, Hyundai, mostly all the banks, D&B, Nielsen, Mahindra and several other big names. 100% of the batch got the internship in big brands. Placements: I did not sit for placements, so I cannot comment on it. However, 2 of my close friends were happy with their placements, hence I'm giving my ratings based on that. The roles offered by the companies varied from very basic to medium level of job roles.

Placements: About 80%+ students are placed from passing out batch so far. The highest package has been 15.5Lpa in the finance domain. The top companies to recruit from NM Indore has been TCS, Salesforce and ICICI Bank. Internship Scene has been very tough for my batch as except 3-4 like me are having work experience of more than 2+ years and rest are fresh graduates.

Placements: Our college is known for its placements. I am a first-year student, so I have not passed out for placements. I am from B.Tech in Computer Engineering course, and it is a four-year course in collaboration with TCS, which prepares us for the actual demand that the company requires. If we are capable enough, then we will get an internship opportunity in TCS.

Placements: The MBA (Tech.) course has yet to see any batch pass out, but they have had their Technical Internship placements where all the students of the 2017-22 batch were placed in companies across India. Almost everyone was able to secure an internship in their first preference of field.

Placements: I am a part of the 1st batch of B.Tech in NMIMS Indore. There have been no placements at NMIMS Indore for B.Tech. Placements of our college are centralised from the NMIMS Mumbai campus. The highest salary package for NMIMS Indore for the PGDM course was 19 LPA in the previous year.

Placements: Bachelors in Technology at NMIMS Indore was started in 2019, and we are the first batch from this course. So there hasn't been any placements yet. The MBA course was started in 2017. Hence there hasn't been any placements yet from that branch also. They are in their 3rd year. A batch of PGDM, which is the course for MBA, has passed out. For this course, the highest salary package offered in 2019 was 19 LPA.

Placements: Placements in our college are great. Being a new college, it has seen ups and downs but still has managed to provide amazing placements. The college has invited about 30 companies which have helped the students to gain the best of industry experience.

Placements: Placements are pretty good over here, companies like Reliance, Coca cola, IOCL, Godrej, pwc, etc. Visit the college campus and recruit students according to their capabilities and qualifications. The first batch of MBA Tech is still to be placed, but BBA's batch has been placed with the highest package of 12 Lacs and average package of 6-7 Lacs and PGDM with the highest package of 13 Lacs and average package of 7-8 Lacs. The placements are guaranteed if you work hard.

Placements: The placement this year has significantly reduced due to the quality of the present batch as well as the inefficiency of the placement director. Even after having good opportunities the students were unable to encash upon it. The summer placements however were good, better than last year. A lot of students got good opportunity even on the wake of pandemic.

Placements: The highest package was of 15 LPA. The average package ranges from 9-10 LPA. The major domains in our batch are Finance, Marketing and Operations. Although, the college also offers HR as a major domain and Analytics as a minor.

Placements: 100% of students got placed with roles in different domains HR, Finance, Marketing. Some recruiting companies were Microsoft, Zenoti etc. For an internship, students are placed in well-renowned companies with the role they desired for, like in research and consulting.

Placements: The first batch had more than decent placements with the average salary package of 12.5LPA. The second batch still has some students to get placed, which become the worst problem because of this COVID-19 situation. There were 100% internships in all the three batches.

Placements: The average CTC for the first batch was around 10 to 11 LPA the highest being 18 LPA. Diverse roles were offered from sectors like BFSI, Manufacturing, Consulting, Real Estate, IT etc. The current batch is already going on with their placements as most of them are already placed with the reputed companies.

Placements: Placements in our college are good enough, but we need to improve. It was great for the first batch, but for the previous year, it was average. How would the placements take place due to the COVID-19, is a thing to watch.

Placements: NMIMS Indore is a newly established institute, and the companies are not yet aware of the fact that there exist NMIMS at Indore. So the placements are average only. Some of the companies are Icici Prudential, Jaro NAD Federal Bank. The companies that have offered internships are Times of India, Capital Box, Diginfo Expert Services, etc.

Placements: I don't know much about placements as it has been one year for me at this college. But as far as I have heard, the highest salary package offered was 18 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 11 LPA. These were the packages offered for PGDM students. I'm not quite sure about the placements of BBA students.

Placements: The students are getting placed with decent pay. There are people who are getting placed for 12 Lacs per annum too and the lowest salary package for the student was 6 Lacs p. a. and regarding the internships, almost everyone in the class got the internship.
