Placements: Around 85% of M.Sc. Economics students secure placements. The highest package is 18 LPA, the lowest is 6 LPA, and the average is 10 LPA. Top recruiters include Deloitte, EY, and ICICI Bank. About 70% of students get internships with firms like TCS. Common roles are economic analyst, financial consultant, and data analyst.

Placements: Placements are decent in our college. The previous year, the average salary package offered was 9 LPA. A lot of companies visit our college. Overall, placements are adequate but I believe you can get better pay if you find your own job.

Asian Paints, Nivea, Cactus Communication, etc., companies visited the campus. Companies like IPCA, Lupin, BARC, etc., also visit the college. Research associates, QA, QC and scientific writer roles are offered to the students.

The college tries to push most of the students to the companies but if there are any students left, the college provides the students with data to prepare their projects.
