It is offered through the Oriental School of Business Management and Commerce. Admission to the programme is based CAT/MAT scores. Candidates willing to take admission at Oriental University MBA have to appear for either CAT or MAT examination. 

The minimum eligibility criteria to appear in CAT exam is that the candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45% aggregate for SC, ST, and PWD/DA category) from a recognised university to appear in CAT and the minimum age for appearing in CAT is 20 years.

Oriental University provides Merit based admission in its B.Ed Course. The candidate must have passed UG or PG in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General and OBC, and 45% aggregate marks for SC and ST.

For candidates, who graduated with BTech/B.E or any other equivalent degree with Science and Maths, the minimum passing aggregate should be 55% for General and OBC and 50% for SC and ST.
