Good curriculum, certain faculties are not up to the mark, inconsistent and harsh grading system.

Placements: The highest package recorded for Mechanical Engineering until now was 20 LPA, and the average this year was around 6-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Micron, Reliance, L&T, JSW, etc. The university and the department claim that they offer 100% placements, but that’s not the case. The placement percentage is quite lower than that.

Dissatisfied mainly due to the teaching method, but pretty happy with the subjects.

Placements: PDEU has always had an outstanding record when it comes to placements. Top companies recruit many students. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment. Packages up to 6 Lacs per annum are offered by companies such as Reliance and Adani Power. In our senior batch, around 50% of students were placed.

The college has very expensive affairs, good infrastructure, diverse cultures, but poor facilities.

Placements: Placements were quite decent for our batch, but not up to the level for our senior batch. It is mostly attributed to plunging in oil market, and a steep decline in oil prices. For our senior batch, i.e., 2012-2016, almost 60-70% of students from downstream were placed in the semi core and core companies. Overall, placements were around 80% for downstream and comparably less in upstream. For our batch downstream took a plunge, and less than 50% of students are placed in core sectors, and overall,...

Tcs, Future group, Gail, Kpmg, Ongc, JLL and many such others come to our campus for placement. Overall, the college is average except for the mess.

Placements: The placements are average in the college, you can expect 50% of the students to get placed in Torrent, Infosys and 10% of students can expect placements in Larsen and Turbo, Reliance, also you can expect placement in local companies and in PDPU itself.

KSSBM gives you an absolutely great return on investment with certain flaws.

Placements: As my college does not have any placement offers for students studying in the Bachelor of Business Administration Programme just because it is an undergraduate programme. But we are provided with Industrial visits as a part of our group projects in each year of our BBA. Our final year students i.e. the ones who finish the whole 5-year integrated programme i.e. (BBA+MBA) are provided with placements and internships too. Students from K.S. School of Business Management are placed in companies like...

The infrastructure and facilities are good. The academic fee is immensely high.

Placements: The placements were okay. Not as many companies visited as we had expected to. 40-45% of the students were placed. The average salary offered was around 3 lakhs per annum. Mostly, the students were offered the positions of a GET. The highest salary offered was 4 LPA while the lowest was around 2 LPA.

Great infrastructure and resources but lacks the key elements of education.

Placements: The placements in PDPU petroleum branch have been extraordinary this year. 20 students got placed in ONGC at 14 lpa. 4 students placed in Oil India at 14 lpa. 2 students placed in Reliance with a package 5.5 lpa. 4 placed in Tech Mahindra at 2.8 lpa. 11 placed in Infosys at 3.28 lpa. 1 student in Essem Hitech at 6 lpa.

Not worth the money. Management system of college is the worst part.

Placements: They tried a lot for 100% placement but students were not interested in the non-core profiles. The placement cell of PDPU provides you with many opportunities core and non-core. It also helps you in developing your personality too. Many companies visited such as GSPC, GNFC, ONGC, Shell, Wipro and Infosys.

Reconsider before you join.

Placements: The placements were not good enough as compared to many other reputed colleges but unlike many colleges, we have dedicated placement teams working round the clock to bring many companies to our college for placements. They were quite successful in doing so as they have already brought many companies this year. As of the placements of our senior batch, most of them were placed who had CPIs above 6.5 and many of the others opted for higher studies or decided to do their own thing. About 50% stude...

Placements: Placements of our seniors were average. 100% students were placed. The highest package was approximately Rs. 14 lacs and the lowest package was Rs. 3.6 lacs. Companies like EY, BPCL, GIDB, IOCL, Care Rating, Total Oil, Shell, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential, ICICI Securities, Deepak Nitrite, MGL etc. Roles offered were business analyst, management trainees, relationship manager etc. 100% students got internship and almost all students received zero stipend. There are very poor placements, and I suggest you not to take admission here.

Placements: Only 5%-10% of the students get placed from our college. The average salary package offered here is 3 LPA. MG Motors is the top recruiting company for our course.

I would not recommend this college to the students.

Placements: Placements are good, and many well-known companies visit our campus to hire students. The packages are also good here. They came here for a minimum CGPA range of 6.0, and they hire based on the practical basis interview. So, the placements are good in this college.
