Decent college in Ahmedabad.

Placements: I haven't completed my placement process yet because I'm in the 2nd semester now, but through the seniors, I knew that the placement is above average but not that good. If you do your work quite better, you will get a good placement and a good job in a well-reputed company like Snapchat or TCS.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not very wide, but it is sufficient and very good. They manage it very smartly, with 6-7 lifts in every building. There are a total of 5 buildings, which are very big. There is no playground in this college, which is a big drawback because students with special talents like football or cricket can't stand out.

Faculty: When it comes to the faculty, this college has one of the best faculty members ever. All the faculty members are very helpful, kind, and gentle as well. They treat you better than your friends, just like your best friend. It's so nice of them, and they support you in every way they are able to.

Other: It's a great college and worthy of your efforts. I got admission with a lot of effort, in TFWS, where tuition fees are not applicable to me. This college is well-reputed and very respected. Big celebrities come here from time to time.

Truth of Silver Oak University.

Placements: Placement percentage of the Computer Science domain is around 60 to 65%. Students got PPOs from their companies. The highest package offered is 7.5 LPA for TST Technologies, Ahmedabad. The lowest varies from department to department. I am from the Cyber Security department, and the lowest package we got is 1.7 LPA. Around 90-95% of students got internships. Top roles were SDE1, full-stack developer, and MERN stack developer.

Infrastructure: This college has a big campus, not too big and not too small. But compared to the strength of students in every department, the campus looks overcrowded during peak college timings. The college has its own hostel for boys and girls, with separate hostels. I don't know the fee structure, but you can get the fee structure on the college website. The hostel offers both AC rooms and non-AC rooms to students. The college doesn't offer Wi-Fi in labs and classrooms, and there are three big libraries.

Faculty: Yes, the faculty members are helpful, but at certain times in the last semesters, they can be annoying from a student's POV. They are quite knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is average. The course curriculum can be relevant to some students, but you have to focus on a single field. They will not make you industry-ready; you have to make yourself ready. But this course can make you ready for aptitude-level tests and interviews, not technical-level. Semester exams seemed easy to me; you can prepare for the exam the night before, trust me.

Other: I chose this course because of market trends and the demand for software engineers in the market. The best thing about my course is the technology and the package in this field. One thing in my course is that they can make improvements in the teaching side. They also organize cultural fests, sports weeks every year, and multiple hackathons.

Worst experience due to faculty and management.

Placements: The placements in our college are pretty average. In BCA the maximum package was 10 LPA and the minimum was 1.8 LPA, the average package was around 3.5 LPA. They promise internship for every student in 3rd semester who scores above 6 cgpa in 2 semester but in reality they only provide 500-600 internships for those students who have 8 cgpa.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is bad. There is nothing but just buildings everywhere. There are no garden, the sitting area is open so it does not save us from rain or sunlight. The pc they provide us in lab are the worst. most of them don't work. They don't have enough pc for number of students.

Faculty: The faculties are very rude and most of them are not professional trained. They don't treat students well. They talk disrespectfully with students. The exams are worst. They fail the students intentionally so they can charge 1000 INR for re exam. The students are suffering from it.

Other: If anyone wants to know my honest opinion I will highly recommend you to select a different college. This is the worst college in Ahmedabad. I am also going to change the college this year.

Great campus, lackluster academics, and superb placements but disappointing coursework.

Placements: Around 70% of students got placed. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. Around 60% of students got internships at Shivansh Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. Business manager, advertising, promotions, marketing manager, and marketing executive are roles offered. ManpowerGroup India, Hays Business Solutions, Randstad India, and TeamLease Services are the top recruiting firms in India.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are available and it also has a library. Food, canteen, sports, games, etc., are available. Facilities in our hostel include adequate kitchen facilities, poor sanitation conditions, unclean utensils and chopping boards, and improper disposal of waste. Classrooms may be spacious, well-lit, and ventilated. They may be equipped with LCD projectors, microphones, and internet access.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is the best. This course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for industry. Semester exams are very difficult in our college. The pass percentage is 60%. It is an industry-relevant course.

Other: I chose this course because I like this course. It increased opportunities for students in interaction and collaboration, better integration of technology, and more diverse learning activities.

The college is good but there is an extra crowd in the college.

Placements: Right now, I did not get any internship but our college provides internships. Our seniors are doing internships in different companies. The starting packages are enough for the first time at the college. Students are working at companies like Red Chillied, etc.

Infrastructure: In our department, there are good classrooms and a lab facility. There is a hostel facility in our college for our side students.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good and helpful. They are highly certified. They have a lot of knowledge. They give knowledge to all students compulsory. The curriculum is provided by the college. There are two exams per semester. One is a mid-semester exam and the second is a final semester exam. The passing percentage for exams is 30. They are good and understandable. They help all students at work. Many courses are provided by our department and college.

Other: This course is very good. Nowadays, there is a demand for this course. In our college, many events are held by the college. The campus crowd is very high. There are many students. Our college provides scholarships only for SC ST category students. There are no scholarships for open caste.

Placements: Our college claims placements are 75% but it is not that accurate. Our college percentage is hardly 10 to 15 % not more than that. I don't know the highest package or lowest package. The average package offered is about 1 LPA to 2 LPA. About 20 to 30% of students get internships.

Infrastructure: The college doesn't have an open Wi-Fi facility. But it has a huge library area and it has large collection of books. We also have labs but some are good and some are not good. Classrooms are good and every classroom has fans of good quality.

Faculty: All the teachers are qualified. They are knowledgeable and helpful in our doubts. The semester exams are of medium difficulty. With average studying, you can pass with good marks. The college has some new teachers also and they are not experienced.
