Placements: Leading corporates like TCS, Wipro, and Accenture were a part of the recruitment process. The top students had managed to grab packages. The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 1.75 LPA. Almost 60% of students in our batch were placed as others had opted for further studies. Internships were not compulsory though many students opt for summer placements in the vacation.
Placements: The college had a good placement record. The average salary offered ranges from Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per month. Top companies like IIFL and Kotak Mahindra visit our campus for recruitment. Top role offered was financial management. Almost 40-50% of the students got campus placements and the rest will opt for off-campus placement.
Placements: Among all the students very few were placed. And the average package was between 15,000 to 25,000. Top companies like Kotak Mahindra and IIFL came for the recruitment. Only 30-35% students placed and rest gave interview outside the campus. Top roles were offered like financial management.
Placements: There are many financial companies who come for recruitment here. Even though the roles are entry level, they provide a great deal of learning and experience. Roles like business development were popular positions. The salary range was good, keeping in mind that it is for a fresher.
Placements: About 70% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like JPMorgan Chase, Reliance, etc., visit our campus for placements. Our college provides top roles for students.
Placements: In my course, almost 85% of students got placed. The highest package was 12 Lacs and the lowest package was 6 Lacs and the average package was 7 Lacs. The institute also provide internship to the students. The recruiters of the institute are Wipro, HDFC, Kotak etc.
Placements: Placement of somaiya has placement team managed by students of somaiya. Every month placement is provided by placement cell by registering with the placement cell. There are many companies like icici, many private organisations offering flexible working hours with the average package.
Placements: Many students did not get placed from our college, as most of them opt for further studies. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. I do not have any idea of the top recruiting companies as I was not a part of any process. The administrative role was offered to students. The college provided a winter internship in 2015, where around 80% of the students got selected.
Placements: Almost all the students were placed in my course. Some moved into higher studies while others are working in companies like HP, MTV, Jabong, Goibibo, Oberoi Hotel, etc. The top roles offered were sales manager, digital marketer, marketing analyst, etc.
Placements: The college has an active placement cell committee to look after students' placements. Fields of marketing, finance and human resources offered jobs to the students. Almost 60% of the students got placed through college placements. It is a nice experience.
Placements: I have studied a bachelor of management studies in the year 2015 to 2018. Almost 30% of the students were placed. Management executive roles were offered to the students. Top recruiting companies of our college were HDFC, Vodafone, ICICI Bank, etc. I am not aware of the salary offered. Internship placements were not offered in our college.
Placements: Companies like L&T and banks like ICICI and HDFC and other companies related to share-broking were also good. Roles were offered to the students were marketing manager and as an intern and as a finance analyst and some other sales roles.
Placements: Most of the students who SAT for the placements were placed. Various companies visited the college and many students were recruited. Placement cell works wonderfully in order to get every student placed. Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. Are few companies which visited the campus.
Placements: 40% of the batch was placed. The highest was 4 Lacs, the lowest was 1 Lacs and avg was 2.5 Lacs. Top recruiters were Jaro education, Body talk, roles were entry-level in sales, marketing, finance, media. About 40% GOT internship from college which was run by student-led campus drives. Overall placements were fairly good in terms of various industries coming to campus.
Placements: We haven't got any placements from college, but there are fests which do attract some companies. So, students have to take the opportunity as it comes or else, it'll be missed. You can get internships easily with the recommendation letters from our college. If you have above 75% aggregate, then you can get placed from our college easily, but it is difficult if you have below 75%. The cutoff for the previous batch was 70%. So, you need to work hard.
Placements: Placements in our college were pretty decent. Many reputed companies like Larsen & Toubro, etc., have visited our college for placement drives. A placement cell was available in our college, and they were quite helpful. Students get internships, and they are pretty decent. The salary package offered was around 2 LPA to 3 LPA.
Placements: KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce doesn't provide many placement opportunities. However, the college provides an opportunity or rather guides the students to attend the interview processes in companies. The college should focus on the placements of students as it is an autonomous college, and they also guide the students in the right path.
Placements: The placement process is conducted mainly from January to March. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Zensar, and Symphony, etc., visit the college to offer placements. The average salary package offered was around 2 LPA. A few companies do have the criteria of 60% score in academics. Placements have been improved a lot in the last two years. Overall, the placements are good, and we are hoping the best for our batch.
Placements: The placement for our batch was average since most of the students want to pursue further studies like MBA. Around 30 to 40 percent of the students got jobs in finance and insurance sectors. The highest CTC was 1.5 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 1.2 Lacs per annum. Companies like ICICI, HDFC, LIC visited the campus. Hardly twenty students went for an internship. There was no stipend offered. The students have their own placement cell which is moderately effective.
