It has strong teachers, an industry-aligned curriculum, superb placements, and solid infrastructure.

Placements: SPIT achieved 95% placements in 2023. The highest salary package offered is 61.55 LPA. The average salary package offered is 14.15 LPA. Top recruiting companies like PhonePe, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley visit the college for placements. Focus on in-demand skills, projects, internships, soft skills, and networking for career growth.

Placements: The average package has been dropped, and this year (2025), it has dropped again as compared to the previous year. My seniors also told that you can't be dependent on the college; you have to work on your skills because there's a lot of competition in the market as well.

Average faculty, poor infrastructure, but good placements .

Placements: There are 0 core companies visiting the college, so the only option for EXTC students is to either get placed in a low-paying technical job because all the high placement jobs are given to CE and CSE students, or get placed in a non-teaching company, which gives an average CTC of INR 7-8 LPA.

It's the best you can get amongst other available options.

Placements: The percentage of placements pre-covid has always been above 95% but now, due to layoffs and the economic meltdown, even the placements are facing the brunt of it. Its getting harder to get recruiters on board and the final-year students, especially from EXTC, are finding it difficult to get placements.
