Sri Balaji University Pune BCA Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Admission Dates, Seats

Candidates applying for the BCA programme at Sri Balaji University need to submit attested copies of Class 10 & Class 12 mark sheets and certificates, along with original documents. Additionally, they must provide attested copies of bachelor’s degree certificate & mark sheet, self-attested copy of master’s degree certificate, extra-curricular activities certificate (if applicable), caste certificate (SC/ST), migration certificate, transfer certificate, entrance exam scorecard (if applicable), scanned image of the signature, and scanned passport-size colored photographs.

To apply for the BCA programme at Sri Balaji University, candidates must first visit the official website. Then, they need to click on the course-specific 'Apply Now' tab on the Homepage and register using their e-mail ID & contact number. After verifying the e-mail ID, they can log in to fill the application form with personal and education details, upload required documents, pay the application fee, and finally submit the form.

Aspirants need to pass HSc examination with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) and English as passing subject to apply for Sri Balaji University Pune BCA programme. Candidates with a three-year diploma degree from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent aftee Class 10 can also apply. 

Aspirants with two-year diploma course in Pharmacy from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent can also apply for BCA.

The procedure to take admission in BCA at Shri Balaji University Pune is as follows;

Eligibility Criteria: A candidate from any stream, should have passed 12th Std. Examination (H.S.C.10+2) with minimum 50% of marks and English as a passing subject. OR

Three Years Diploma Course from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent, after S.S.C. i.e. 10thStandard. OR

Two Years Diploma Course in Pharmacy from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent, after H.S.C. i.e. 12th Standard. OR

Completed MCVC (Minimum Competency Vocational Courses) program.

A candidate should have scored minimum 50 % marks in qualifying examination. (Minimum 45% for SC/ST candidates)

Admission Process

Eligible students can apply online. After scrutiny of the applications, eligible candidates will be informed the schedule of Personal Interview (PI)

Personal Interview: Experts will interview and assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidates for the program.

Weightage: Marks obtained in HSC/qualifying exam will carry 50% weightage and Personal Interview (PI) will carry 50% weightage for preparation of finale merit list for admission.
