Yes, CUET (Common University Entrance Test) is compulsory for admissions to undergraduate programs in most Central Universities in India. It serves as a unified entrance exam for students seeking admission to various undergraduate courses across participating Central Universities. Each university sets its eligibility criteria, but CUET scores are a primary criterion for admission. Exceptions may exist for certain specialised programs or institutions, but for most central universities, CUET is now an essential requirement for UG admissions.
