Placements: Our batch has a total of 200 students, and there were around 70 girls, and the rest were boys. I'm still in 1st year so I don't have any idea about internships and other opportunities. But our college is pretty good, and it has all the basic equipment and even this year we got 10 air-conditioners in our main lecture hall.
Placements: I scored 57% in academies. Companies like Tata, medical centres and many other hospitals like Paras Hospitals visit our college for placements. If students score 50% in academies, then they can join an internship at the college.
Placements: The college offers MBBS degree to students who crack the NEET entrance examination. It also provides postgraduate degrees in various specialities after clearing NEET-PG examination. Paramedical and nursing students are also offered internships and skill-based training.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students get through the final year exam and do the internship in our hospital. The salary package offered is average. Being a student of 2nd year, I would not know it well. You can be a good doctor and a medical professional with all the prospective of a good doctor. The salary offered is the same for all the students who studied here and passed out MBBS.
Placements: 100% internship and placement since its a government medical college and everyone has to do one year of rural practice and then it's up to them whether he or she wants to continue with the job or he wants to resign. A monthly sip of rs 31000 if given at the time of internship and 40000+ after completion.
Placements: Placement is good with a figure of 100%. The average stipend ranges in between Rs.21,000 and Rs 25,000 which is absolutely tax free. The 1 year mandatory rural posting efficiently places the students after the completion of the course along with one year of internship experience and offering a salary of around Rs.35,00 upto Rs.40,000.
Placements: Placements in college are good. All students are placed under NHM ( government). The average salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month. All the passed out students have done their internships from our college. They were offered a stipend of Rs. 22,000. As this is a government college, before admission, we were made to sign a bond regarding our service to hospital for 1 year as an intern and 1 year in rural areas.
Placements: It's a medical college, and you won't run out of opportunities. You can choose from the government as well as private companies. There are many options, you can join as a private doctor, and we can also have a boat clinic. The lowest salary offered would be Rs. 35,000 per month. The highest salary offered will be 1 lac per month depending on your duty schedule.
Placements: There are no direct placements provided from the college. However, every student is given a year-long internship programme in Assam itself. Students can either go for further studies or get a job in that area after the internship. But as a doctor, it is preferable to go for higher studies after MBBS.
Placements: There are 60+ seat which fill up through a exam called CEE (common entrance exam ) conduct by Srimanta sankardev university of health sciences. I have passed last year from this college. Now I am working at hospital pharmacy as a pharmacist Maximum of students are working at top most hospital in Guwahati Some students has gone gor further study Students have to complete 3 months internship after complete the D pharma course. Placements: Out of 200 students admitted in each year in the MBBS curriculum, who passed out after 4.5 years gets the chance to continue internship in the respective hospital of our college for one year and they get paid by national health mission, assam and further rural posting for 1 year.
Placements: My batch have total 125 students with around 55 girls and remaining boys. As we are currently at 2nd year , we will complete our MBBS in year 2026. But as per my observation, most of the students after doing MBBS , they start preparing for PG and then most of them get well settled.
Placements: Our batch comprises of 210 Students.. Around 165 students get internship in their first try.. We get a stipend of 31 thousand in intership after which we have to do 1 year rural service after then we can opt for post graduation through neet pg Or can continue serving in rural or other private hospitals
Placements: The package of our course is about 5-6 lakhs on average and highest is 7 lakhs approx .our course(bmlt)is a three year undergraduated course design to equip advance learning in both routine and sophisticated diagnostic procedure . All the student got intership in our college.
Placements: So basically, NEF college is newly opened and we are the first batch of pharmacy courses. So there's been no placement facilities as of now. Although, there're opportunities outside the campus. In the current batch, we have 60 students for B.Pharma and 60 for D. Pharma.
Placements: Almost 100% of students get placed with an average package of 10 LPA at any government hospital. During the internship period, students get to work under many great doctors of the state, which later helps them shape their skills. GMCH is well-equipped with almost all the newer technologies required in health care. All the students had to do a mandatory internship at the hospital itself.
Placements: Our college graduates account for approximately 95% of all placements. The students' percentage doing internships from our college is 80-90 percent approximately. The best course offered in our college is to become a doctor, a healer. I feel very blessed that I was selected.
